Slow Pay About the Rushmore Group warning

OK!!! OK!!!! I think i phrased all that wrong!! I meant to say i finally spoke to a VIP manager but i never said i believed what was said. Surely i'm not that stupid , it's clear they are having BIG issues . The only option a player has is to bitch and bitch which eventually gets OLD and since we can't physically walk into their offices and demand payment ,what exactly is there that we can do? Any bright ideas? Communication , correct?

This whole winning experience has completely turned me off any online gaming, being at Rushmore or any other casino, thus since i have not and will not spend 1 dollar!!!!!!

We can't do anything, but one thing RTG could start doing and should have been doing all along, is to hold their licensees accountable. If you do not pay your customers what is owed to them in a timely manner and there are too many complaints, they risk losing their affiliation with the software provider that makes them their money. They should also be having a certain amount of money withheld in reserve to cover and deter them from rogue acts of intentional mismanagement of funds. There is a reason for what used to be a USA based company to move over seas and remain in bed with their rogue operators. They just don't give a shit and it's only about the money, no matter how the players are treated.

RTG will never hold their licencees accountable. In 2002 or whereabouts and I started to game online rtg recommended a safebet seal to dupe players into believing this was a seal of approval for well-behaved casinos. Many got platinum status even the vegas strip of casinos and they were somewhat akin to the Virtual group. Even Tony Friedman's Windows casino got a gold seal. If RTG could go along with that I cannot believe they will do anything to harm their business relationship with the licencees unless they dont get their licence fees. The max payout on some slots is another shred of proof they are out to protect their licencees at all costs.

Most affiliates have not been paid by this group so it would seem an endless circle of non payment is about to begin for players.
This group could stall before knowing that affiliates were promoting them and eventually they would get out of their financial issue. But now that affiliates are not promoting them they don't have a serious income. The group is done so stop wasting your time on them. Let them vanish like most RTG casinos do. They will be back under a different name and we will all love them again.

Lucky1, as Diane stated, if you do still enjoy online gaming, and like the RTG slots...then don't get totally turned off by one bad experience. You just picked a stinker of a casino to play at.

In addition to the list Diane gave you...I would highly recommend Inetbet for RTG. They have no weekly max cashout limits, and as a rule, always pay IN FULL, within 24 hours (once your documents are sent and verified). Their cashier(s) and management don't go on holidays for weeks at a time, and they process withdrawals a couple of times a day....365 days a year. If you win 10K, you will have 10K in your Neteller account by the next day...barring any unforeseen problems with your account. I have been playing there since 2000, and have never once had a payment delayed.

Their bonuses are reasonable ie. 20X playthrough (D+B), and all bonuses are fully cashable. In other words they don't deduct the bonus on cashout, once playthrough is met. You won't get 200% or higher bonuses with them, but I'd personally rather have regular 50% to 100% bonuses, that are cashable.

There is one drawback to Inetbet however....and that is no live chat. It is email communication only, or through their rep here on the forum, should a problem arise. This seems to be a major problem for alot of players, although for myself, it doesn't bother me in the least, as I prefer email communication to live chat or phone call. If I have to choose between live chat and "under 24 hr" cashouts every day of the year, I'll take the fast cashouts. It's personal preference as to what is most important to you.
