Question About Cashout

    Before I go to the casino support thought would ask you guys....

    Had $100 Withdrawable and $700 in bonus.... withdrew $100... they immediately emailed me that the withdrawal was in the system pending verification.

    Was happy to get the quick response.

    Went back in to casino to play and my $100 was still in account balance.

    If I play, it will use the $100 first so I cannot play.

    I emailed them and asked about removing it.... crickets now.

    Is this normal? Was really wanting to play some more on the bonus

    Ignition. Has been couple of hours since I emailed them asking to remove the withdrawal amount. Didn't want to push too hard but would have loved to play tonight.

    FYI, money is still in my account. I am starting to suspect that they want me to play the withdrawal amount. Below is the email from this morning:

    Me yesterday afternoon-
    Hi, its me again. Sorry to bother you but I noticed my balance has not been reduced after my withdrawal request. Can you do that? Also, after it is reduced will I be able to keep playing on the bonus balance?

    Their reply THIS MORNING-
    Once you submit a withdrawal request, the funds will remain in your account balance until the withdrawal is approved (been told up to 72hrs). Once approved, your balance will reflect the deduction.
    Also, you will be able to resume play with your bonus funds.
    Should you require further assistance, please feel free to contact us.

    My reply this morning-
    Does that mean I cannot use the bonus funds to wager until the withdrawal has been approved
    ?
    I was hoping to play today. Thanks for your help :)

    And now they don't reply. Thoughts?

    I hope this is not what is going on. I signed up with them in the hopes that they would become my wifes and mines regular online casino. I have let them know we play a lot and have a good bankroll and that I am looking for a "home".

    If they are playing a game over $100 I will be gone.

    They are playing the game. I cannot play until the withdrawal is approved (could take up to a week since is my first) per live chat.

    Too bad... they pissed away the chance to have a really good customer. Oh well

    PS- also, just remembered that when I initially deposited I asked live chat to go ahead and provide withdrawal documents in advance and they told me to wait till I made a withdrawal lol.

    I suggest not signing up at Ignition Casino.

    Last night I let them know I signed up with another casino so I could play.... miraculously they approved my withdrawal this morning.
    I don't like it that it took all that to get approved but at least is done now.
