At least they send me an answer, but what's going on here?

As I just replied you we are working on implementing some changes to our payment processing. It's not finished yet, and unfortunately sometimes is causing the issues.
To finalize the changes it will take a few more weeks, but i hope that no issues/delays will appear anymore.

Thanks for your answer and your explanation, although i don't understand what this have to do with any withdrawal, because it's only one mouseklick in your moneybookersaccount, so there should be not any problem ;)

You are right - it should be instant. If there are funds in the account, then its just a matter of sending them to the player. Of course, if there isnt.....

I dont mean to alarm you eu_ , but Ive seen this kind of thing happen before with Rival and delays have been known to take many weeks. I hope this is not what Dinussy is implying in her post :eek:

IMO there is no excuse to make a player wait this long, and equally it is unacceptable to just make a 'there is a problem and we are working on it' post without giving the player (or potential player) any indication of what the problem actually is.

Its pretty simple. If you cant pay players due to some 'problem' then stop taking deposits. Taking bets when you know you cant pay is not on IMO. (Its funny how the 'processor problems' always seem to affect the payouts and not the deposits.)

At the very least, you should give the player a very generous comp with no WR or add something to their withdrawal when they are eventually paid.....and an announcement should be made here, at other forums, and via email to the player database that there are significant delays with payouts. Otherwise, you could be accused of taking players money under false pretences.

Sheesh.....When are we going to get some honesty and integrity from online casinos??? (with a few notable exceptions of course)

BTW. it's also very interesting, that nearly the same issue happens now on 2 different casinos at the same time and they're all paid me out 1 week before within only 9 and 30 hours, so there must be something another strange things going on?
 
normally i should hit myself for doing this, but i've made again a €50.- deposit there and you know what?

i played only 20 cent spins and could only make 350 spins before i busted out after only 2 minutes playtime, without any wins or any bonus round/free spins!

this is for me the rouguest casino on earth and nobody can tell me now that this is random, because i play now for some years on so much different rival casinos, but i had never such a losing streak, on which i even didn't get any free spins and only a WR of 70 from a 50 deposit! this is for me only a sign, that they can cheat us!

just recently at this casino alone you have had two pretty decent withdrawals, from memory you said 440 and 900, then because you have no wins on a deposit they are suddenly a rouge,

I mean Im sorry to be blunt but this happens to me 19 out of 20 deposits. I dont mean to be horrible as I have enjoyed some of your more recent posts, its nice to see the vampires exist, but this post reminds me a little more of some of your older posts.

The reality is your not going to win every time it doesnt mean they are rogue. I might be quite wrong I dont play at this particular casino, but now I see youve had some nice wins maybe I might.

And if in all your years of play youve never had such a losing streak, Id say dance around the room a little, what ever you had should be bottled, because you are one lucky person.

Also if you really in your heart of hearts think they cheat you, Id wonder why
you play at all?
 
ok, sorry for beeing to harsh, maybe i shouldn't write a posting after having a losing streak on a casino, but this was now so unreal for me, because wagering €70.- on a €50.- really never happend to me before, at least i could wager 2 or 3 times my deposit, but this was even not 2 and a half (not Men *lol*) :-(

But your're certainly right, i had also the luck to withdraw some extra money, so i shouldn't complain, maybe i was really very very unlucky, because of only 2 minutes playtime on €50.- which is much for me abd i had not at least some playtime for it :(

Edit: To be fair, iat the opposite i could also make from only a €1.- comp point a withdrawal of €100.- so please ignore my dumb posting, because that was really silly :(

Ok, maybe it were even 3-4 minutes, but on Turbo Spin without auto mode this is really possible, when you get no free spins on scray rich ;)

Well ea, ive just made my 23rd deposit since hitting something not amazing but okay, and finally got the spins, and I got a cracking 59 cents on a 60 cent bet.

You truly seem to be an exception when it comes to your play at rivals, but please be prepared it happens the other way, and it happens a lot.

I dont take a bonus, so I dont have there money combined to make the play longer, though still 23 deposits soon mounts up quickly.

I was going to give orange a try, but it seems they dont want to offer any bonus, and because Im stubborn in the fact it should be my choice and not theres as to wether I take a bonus, I wont bother.

So i should get it today, or did i misunderstood this?

within business week means for me at least on friday, which is today, so let's wait, but i don't believe in it, when i'm honest ;)

btw. don't forget, it's only a little €100.- withdrawal.
 
I have requested three withdrawals at orange gamez this month. two were processed. one took 6 days, one took 8 days. one has been pending for 6 days now. so lets see how long it will take this time till it is processed.

Here's a winning story for you...
I deposited $250, took the 121% welcome bonus, made the wr in 2 hours, and now have $3110 withdrawals pending.
What bugs me a little though, is that I never even got an e-mail, confirming that I have pending withdrawals....just a word from you guys, would be nice.
How come, there's no live chat available btw ?
Communication is important, especially when there are money involved....you need to make people feel, that you are on top of things, and that their money is safe.

you dont get any email when you request a withdrawal. but you get an email when you deposit and when the withdrawal has been processed saying "deposit complete" and "payout complete".

btw my last withdrawal has been processed after 8 days again. so it takes some days but you get your money :)
 
You do get some sort of email on a Withdrawal by a Rival casino.

I think Orange Gamez is the only Rival to not send out any emails for processed payments and requested withdrawals. At least I did not get any email when my first 2k payment was processed on the 17th. They are also being terribly slow blaming 'technical issues', never got my 2k for last week but if people got paid today I guess there is hope I'll get paid soon.

Mine is still processing running on a full week now, and they're still claiming "technical issues".
