A new Rival Casino is born again "OrangeGamez Casino"

Well, having a max cashout on a deposit bonus is a deposit penalty IMO. A 150% match with a 3xBonus max cashout is absolutely terrible and will turn players off before they even think about depositing. (thats what happened to me btw)

You would be better off to offer a 100% or 125% match with no max cashout.

I would rather have a little higher wagering requirements (like 30x or 35x) than have a max cashout.

Give me a 100% match and I will definitely try out Orange Gamez!

Does anybody else think the same? Or any other suggestions?

Who came up with the graphics? I guess I understand guys like the girlie stuff, but for gals I would think it was boring, at least! I don't want to be reminded that I can't wear a bikini like that anymore. Oh Hell, never could wear one like that! :p



Is that the "mark" of a good casino? If I was an affiliate and heard this, I'd certainly think this casino was a bit "off". :rolleyes: I assume from your post that you didn't get that deal, KK?

As I already told in the other topic - the graphics is is out of my control. Again if i collect more then 2 remarks i might be able to bring it up :D

As to the bonuses and the "mark" of the casino: there is always a discussion between casino and affiliate. Affiliates want exclusive bonuses, so every single bonus will be a bit different.
From the other side everyone can come with the proposal and if it's reasonable (reasonable, speaking about the affiliates means players depositing and playing) we may replicate the idea that will work...
Some affiliates come out with just a free cash bonus requests (and i can tell you the higher doesn't mean better even in terms of player numbers). Some ask for a first deposit bonus requirements.
As i said earlier: we are open to discussion. ;)

I agree with Nifty. Max cashout on a deposit bonus is very lame. It is very hard to make a playthrough with any bonus these days with Rival casinos and max cashout makes it seem that depositing and playing is not worth the time.

I played at this casino over the weekend and noticed a glitch. I was playing Candy Cottage and all of a sudden the bet per spin jumped from $2 to $5. I was kinda disconcerted with that. Not sure if it was a glitch but you may want to check into that.
Also I thought the picture of the gal in the bikini is kinda cheesy and aimed of course at guys. Where is the hunk in the swim trunks I want to know!

That's why casinos need due diligence with matters that not only affect players but also when choosing software.

As to the OrangeGamez we are taking the games from Rival that we evaluate pretty high.
We are handling customer support ourselves - that's why some people find it strange that the live chat is off - it's being integrated in our system now and we prefer to be blamed for having no chat than for having pure chat.
We also follow our own refund policy.
 
very bad payout% there!

started with €140.- played 40 cent bets and got not at least one time the free spins on scary rich and the money was away within only 5 minutes and i've only earnd 300 comp points, so it's a payout% of only 50% and this is really the most badest losing streak i've ever had the last few years on any rival casino!

i hit feauture after feature but the payout was mostly near to zero :eek:
i wont blame the casino as i only played with 50€ but after a long pause from rival it was bad experience for me, deposit went south within no time.

another thing i recognized, orangegamez was the first rival i payed in ever where i received no automated deposit confirmation. i also never ever receive any promo emails?

i hope this place is really alive :D

Regarding the promo emailing - that was a general decision not to send out promos instead there is a campaign we would like to introduce. And it shouldn't happen more often then monthly. The loyal players who log in from time to time or visit our website will some nice surprises from time to time.
Personally I don't believe in advert mailing ;)

I would suggest changing out the picture of the girl in her underwear, bikini, or whatever. It screams tackiness. Try to check out some other casino pictures that actually have to do with gambling or are more tasteful.

When I owned VegasHeatCasino I made sure I was here and everywhere else answering questions.

To me meeting the needs of players was and should always be a paramount importance for a casino manager/owner.

As to the bonus banning: we don't use Rival global ban lists. If we would the player would be banned right after sign in.
In the mean time we have several automated security settings that may affect particular player.

But with the individual approach that we use to both affiliates and players
i don't think there might be a problem if player would have contacted the support.

You are not the first one who's suggesting to change the pic. And this question is already being discussed.
But let me prove that the initial choice was made based on the research result and it was not a mistake ;).

ok its nice if you dont spam ;-), but it just seemed strange i received no email for my deposit as iam used to this from rival.

anyway i would also advice to change the pic of the girl and more important this voice its awful;) it really gives no good impression at all, dont get me wrong i really like girls in bikinis :) but your girl combined with the voice and the whisky bottle in her hands looks very cheap :D

Ok, I spent my time to check out. We had only one request regarding bonus banning yesterday from a user named t...o (if that's you you know the letters i have missed) that was received at 17.40 and replied at 18.56 (time: GMT-6)
The the bonus issue with the account was fixed ;)

Regarding the live chat: besides the rest i had experience working as a B2C customer support rep before i got this position, and i'm still under impression that email support is a way more efficient then live chat. It could be a long story discussing strengths and weaknesses. And i was the one who voted for not opening live chat. But we will have it as an option as well. No ETA though.

To everyone (who hates the pic):
in about 2-3 weeks from now we will open a contest... Something like that: we will offer till 10 different pictures and ask everyone to vote... I can't say the rules yet, but we will announce when read and there will be some prizes for the voters (like free cash with 1x playthrough).
