Ok, I spent my time to check out. We had only one request regarding bonus banning yesterday from a user named t...o (if that's you you know the letters i have missed) that was received at 17.40 and replied at 18.56 (time: GMT-6)

So, I have e-mailed the support, so they can tell me how to collect the 75 Euro.

When I joined they definitely sent me a welcome e-mail (I just checked).

To withdraw your winnings all you have to do is make a deposit of at least €25 into your account, then request a withdrawal of the max cash-out + your deposit.
You might then be asked to provide ID before it is processed, but it should be a quick and painless process. If not, at least you know you can contact Dinussy to help you out.

hello ,well that would be telling , no i didnt send any docs in , but i did make a deposit via neteller so they had a deposit method ,i only played sat & made the cashout on sat which doesnt matter due to they dont look at until monday ,but i was paid today which i thought was very good for a first withdrawal from new rival casino.
