    My post yesterday must have struck a nerve somewhere in the bowels of Cryptologic and Ecash. My withdrawal was finally deposited into my Neteller account at 3:45 today, 9 days after it was requested. However, I received no email, no phone call no Hi, Bye or kiss-me-ass from anyone regarding my decision to close my Sands account.

    The only thing I've found about dealing with the cryptologic casino's is that E-cash are sh*te on the whole. They take days to respond to emails, and then usually just fob you off with some bullsh*t when they do.

    However I've never heard of anyone not getting paid (as long as they should have been), and to be honest recently they've been very fast with withdrawals for myself - mind you we're not talking anywhere near the amounts you're talking!

    Overall they're certainly better than all the RTG bunch - I doubt you'd ever get your money off half of them.

    About the Ecash Customer Service or closing accout with the casino. I am not surprise they didn't contact you. It's not the first time I heard this. Live chat is probably much better than email. However, I never heard of non paid stuffs, either.

    Fair point but I'm sure you know as well as I do that Phoenician and Inetbet ARE the exception to the rule - there are no exceptions at Crypto's that I'm aware of - and I've even played at some of the obscure ones like Casino Australia.

    By the way it took Phoenician a while longer (two installments over more than a month) to pay me the $9,200 they owed me from doing their signup before it became a non-withdrawable bonus :cool:
