7 Gold Aces Casino, NO, 1 Big Ace Hole Casino

    I bought a $150 casino account here at Gone Gambling. I searched for any previous complaints of this Casino, but didn't see anything to discount them.
    BIG MISTAKE.
    There software is the ABSOLUTE worst on the net. You lose there program, and its still running on your system. I'd have as many as 4 applications running at once. In the middle of a hand it'd fall off the screen. But it'd still be running, I had to log on 10 times to play 1 hand of blackjack. That wouldn't be so bad, but in the middle of a hand. It seemed to pick up where it cut out till one instance. I doubled a 11, hit a 10 for 21! It cut out, started it back up. Had the exact same 11 (3 &8) doubled and hit 16. I was lucky the dealer busted and I wound up winning that hand anyway. But I know of at least one time I bet insurance and it didn't pay me.
    All in All I got lucky and cashed out once I reached my minimum play level required. I wasn't about to stick around after what I'd gone through.
    I cashed out on April 10, 2002. And haven't seen been paid or contacted since.
    DID I CALL THEM! You better believe it! Every time I called, "the person who handles those matters was not in". YA BIG SURPRISE..............
    One day I called 3 times with no answer. I wondered what was up so I called on my cell phone. They answered on the 2nd ring. Less than 1 minute after I'd called them from my home phone. Guess they have caller ID.
    NEEDLESS TO SAY "I'VE GIVEN UP ON THIS CASINO". STAY FAR FAR AWAY. NO CASINO SHOULD TAKE MORE THAN 3 WEEKS TO SETTLE AN ACCOUNT, WIN OR LOSE.
    Take Captain Cooks Casino as an example. I played there for a $45 bonus on a $50 PayPal deposit. I received my cashin deposit and winnings, in 2 days. That's how a casino should be operated.

    this to him. He is a good guy, and will
    help you out with this.

    That casino looked pretty cheesy to me, too.

    Explain what you have explained here. John is very responsive to players that have had problems with casinos that sponsor his contests.

    Same problem like mikeal21...

    I bought an 7 Gold Aces account at the Gonegambling site - deposited the 50$, cashed out nearly 200$ after a nice session (March 22th).

    UP TO TODAY NOT PAID!

    They don't respond to emails.
    They lie at their live chat.

    STAY FAR AWAY!

    John from GG could not help.

    I contacted him, described the situation - and got this answer:

    7 Gold Aces is no longer advertising with GoneGambling because we won't
    accept advertising from them for the very reasons you have outlined in
    your email. They just don't look after their customers and there are
    plenty of good casinos who will.

    I will forward your email to the casino but I don't hold out much hope. I
    think they have frozen all accounts and are not paying anyone. It's
    extremely poor business practices.

    But ONE thing makes me wondering...

    Nowhere I find this casino in a "not recommended list"...

    - not at the OPA site (Mary, do you remember to my complaint?)

    - not at the Gonegambling site

    - not at Casinomeister

    ....

    What is going on in this business?
    They all know, that this casino is crappy, but no one set it on a blacklist...
