Hi guys

don't if it's just me or just the weekend but this what happened..

won about 2.8k in slots at 3dice, it was Thursday.

left them on withdrawl and i went to sleep.

I was pretty sure to find them on friday morning on my nteller but no money.

So i did contact the live chat and Anna told me no bob or enzo was round.. ok no problem they'r cool and i did wait.

Saturday still no money.. i did email payments@3dice.com but no answer..

in the meantime i started reduce my withdrawl and playing and guess what.. no bonus no win just going down.

So i quit and left about 2k to withdral.

Saturday night i started play agian (casue still no money in neteller).

I played like 2k in supersuits, at 6euro a shot... had 1 ONE bonus round for about 200 and lost them all... ok it's game.

After 10 min i received a mail from BOB apologising for the delay for processing withdrawl ( they had busy low people weekend) LOL.

What should i think?
 
Well IMO I think once you make a withdraw

leave it never reverse

3Dice has always has the weekends off just like most

other casino's

You cant blame them for your itchy fingers of wanting to play

your ? what should ya think
you was smart enough to do a withdraw
you should have uninstalled the casino
only You are to blame

could all be timing
I mean I live in the USA they are on a complete diff
time frame then I am if I am right it is Monday am in Aus land
But I could be wrong on that

If you win again, then ask them to flush the withdrawl and make it non-reversable. Did you ask Anna to do that?

I can see reversing some of it.. but 2,800.00 is quite alot of reversing.

I do not gamble on line anymore, too tough in the US for me.

I do think you were just trying to vent a little here. And, in all honesty, I do not believe anyone here or elsewhere that gambles has not been in the same boat as you. I am sorry for your losing, it really does suck. It is hard to show restraint when your luck is going so well, no?

From talking to Enzo myself, and listening to all the others here, I would suspect just a glitch, or poor timing, or whatever, but still, it really does suck to lose it all back.

Hopefully, your next WD will go faster and more smoothly. Then you can only put back in what you want to gamble with and buy yourself "presents" with the rest!! :)

Give 3 Dice another shot, seems like you have a better chance of winning big there again as any other place now. They have shown nothing but honesty and an true care and regard for their "customers".

Enzo has often shown a willingness to learn from these problems, unlike some casino operators.
The problem here seems to be the lack of information available to the player, coupled with him taking out the frustration on the slots.
This could be addressed by having a "news" page that shows in the casino when logging on, which could give messages when there are problems with the usual smooth running of the casino. In this case, a notice could have advised players that due to less people than expected on duty, withdrawals would be delayed a little by (put how long, roughly, here).
The "flush" option is not always known about by players. Different casinos have different rules, ranging from "no flush even for the Queen", to a policy of automatic flushing if the player requests their account to be configured this way.
One possible way to address this would be to have a "flush now please" button presented to the player after a withdrawal has been completed. This could either flush automatically, or alert support to the request.
A flush facility does really help where players have these "itchy mouse fingers" and cannot leave a reversible withdrawal alone.
I very rarely reverse a withdrawal, only doing so if playinga wager tournament and I am VERY close to a major prize upgrade if I continue. Where I am likely to be tempted, I request a flush from support, and with Casino Action I flush it myself:D (Instant Neteller payments).
 
3dice poor support

This is not about a withdrawal but about the poor support of this casino.
After reading so much positive about them, I wanted to give it a try.

Got an error message when I created an account.
Wrote an e-mail to their support and they answered me 18 hours later:mad:.
The answer was that they cannot serve players in my country.

No problem for me , with such a poor support, I am no longer interested.
I am used to play at casino's with a better customer service.

Ya know, I read this post and I have to just laugh. Yes, I don't have the luxury of Neteller because I live in the wrong country. But that doesn't take away the fact that you blaming someone or some entity on your own shortcomings. I am a strict micro girl. Microgaming, microwave, etc. lol..I do not do well with casinos that do not flush. I do even worse at casinos that do flush but will still reverse for me. It NEVER occurred to me to blame the casino on my weakness of not being able to stop. And trust me! I am the weakest link in this case. So drk, tell me, who are you really mad at? Yourself? Or are you truly in the dark here and mad at the casino? Did this casino somehow compensate you for the fact that you had to wait an eternity oops..I mean a few days for your cashout?
 
Playing Devils advocate here, I do think this was a pretty poor show by the casino.
I'm sure we can all understands drk's frustration & actions, but it's all too easy to blame him on this particular occasion.

The 3Dice website says Neteller withdrawals are instant, full stop.
Not "they are only instant if Bob or Enzo are around, and not available at the weekend".
Withdrawals are either instant or they are not - if not instant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week then the casino should make this clear on their site.
Just my 2c.

Less than 5% of the withdrawals to instant processors are not executed instantly but flagged by the system for human verification.(as explained in another post). There are a number of reasons why this can happen, including security, fraud prevention, or in Drk's case an 7k+ withdraw earlier this week which put him over the auto-limit. Most of the assisted withdraws are still processed within 24hrs.

Dealing with a local flu outbreak we were indeed understaffed over the weekend, which induced an extra waiting period on a handfull of withdrawals. These players have however all received an apology and a (more than adequate) comp for the extra waiting caused entirely on our side. (The fact that Drk received his email and comp only 10 mins after his reverse is unfortunate .. unlucky timing.)

The 'instant' description is accurate for 95% of the neteller (and mb, Click2pay ..) withdrawals, although I will make sure that a footnote gets added that explains that some withdrawals will be subject to stricter human verification.

A 75. bonus to compensate for your lack of self control is about what it amounts to. You had a huge withdrawl earlier in the week which you failed to mention... and then you have more luck again later in the week and blow it all back because of greed and slot-fever. Anyone who sits there and spins the slot machine at 6.00/spin deserves to lose it all. You could've reversed 300.00 and played like a human and it would've lasted long enough to get the rest of it processed. Then you would've been up 2,500.00, plus the 7K or so from earlier in the week. 3Dice gave you the bonus out of the kindness of their hearts, not because they did anything wrong or shady.

Im sorry you arent able to play at 3dice - really sorry, because those of us that do play there tend to put the customer service right up at the top of the list.
I've yet to have any issue that hasnt been resolved in a timely manner.

drk: Ouch! Sorry that happened, i've sure been there! It is a bit quieter on the weekends at 3dice but all my cashouts during the week have been almost instant. I hope it goes better next time : )

I have to agree except for the "deserves to lose it all". Nobody deserves it. They're just asking to lose it all, but not deserving :)

They also didn't have to give you a penny. I'll bet that $75 bonus has no WR as well...

Could you imagine if this was at Virtual? The only thing they'd do is offer you a bonus on your next deposit. :p

I have been a guest here and browsing the forume for a while and playing at 3dice myself, I wanted to share myopinion on this...
First off I feel that if you really wanted to save your money that you won then you would have taken every mesurement in doing so. For example, you could have asked Anna to take away your privileges of withrawling any money out, or you could have asked a friend to change your password so that way you could not go near your winnings.
I had won 2,000 from 3d dice and the first thing I did was to contact live support (and yes this was a weekend), and I spoke to Anna and told her to do whatever she had to do to get it out of my reach. And she did.
I feel that it was wrong for you to think this was 3d dices fault when in fact you should take responsiblty fo your own actions. 3d dice did not make you play your winnings, that was your choice. I also feel that Enzo went out of his way to make sure that you received all of your comps and lets not forget the 75 bucks he gave you because you had to wait for your withdrawl.
So mabye next time you win, you will do what it takes on your part to make sure you dont have sticky fingers and contiue to play.
3d dice is a great place to play and to have fun. The staff there is great, they are there for us and they care, and they go that extra mile to make this a fun site to play. So I feel you need to think about your own actions and maybe tell Enzo THANK YOU for a great place to play. After all if it wasnt for Enzo and 3dice, there would have been no winnings at all. So I would look at this as being a winner and playing at a site that is there for the customer.

First of all, WTG on you winnings and so sorry that you lost some of them.

And how terrible....3Dice staff got the flu...they wont be able to spoil us like thay alwas do.....
cause thats what its all about.

Thay are so great at what they do, they have fast withdrawals, wonderful support, thay listen to customers and do whatever they can to keep us happy. And most of all, they take time to answer everything!!!

If you find any casino like that any where, please let me know.

I sure hope that the withdrawls with 3Dice go as smoothly as everyone says if I ever get to cash out anything. The games are brutal and my nearly $500 this weekend sure flew out of my hand! 3Dice games are harder than chinese arithmetic to win at. I like all the positive press about them, but my cash went as fast if not faster than at the MGs lately. Sorry Enzo, but I don't know that I can play anymore with rotten results like this. I'm not questioning anyones integrity, just stating that the games seem repressively stingey for the investment. Sorry to sound like a sore loser, but just my input from this past weekends experience.

I have to also add, that I wasn't too pleased with 3dice's support.

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I downloaded the software and registered with 3dice.

Upon registering, I attempted to make a deposit via neteller and received a weird error message that my account was limited to deposits of 0.000091 (or some number along those lines), after receiving this error, I proceeded to talk with the livechat rep. He had no idea what the issue was and said that he had forwarded it to the technical department and that I would receive a reply via e-mail, the reply never came.....
