3dice--support issue

I sure hope that the withdrawls with 3Dice go as smoothly as everyone says if I ever get to cash out anything. The games are brutal and my nearly $500 this weekend sure flew out of my hand! 3Dice games are harder than chinese arithmetic to win at. I like all the positive press about them, but my cash went as fast if not faster than at the MGs lately. Sorry Enzo, but I don't know that I can play anymore with rotten results like this. I'm not questioning anyones integrity, just stating that the games seem repressively stingey for the investment. Sorry to sound like a sore loser, but just my input from this past weekends experience.

Enzo, i'm also sorry, but after removing my deposit limits (thanks for adhering to the cool off period), i don't think i can play at 3dice anymore either. $750 betting .60 cents gone in a flash, c'mon!!! (though i admit, the last $20 of the $750, i raised my bet to $1.80) :eek: i seriously feel sorry for anyone who bets more than .50 or .60 cents because what awaits them is most likely going to be very scary. i appreciate the fact that i got some great and unbelievable hits when i first started playing, but i've lost thousands now in an endless losing streak. i don't think many players will tolerate that for too long. it's no fun losing so quickly with no enjoyment so one person out of 100 gets a decent hit that he will lose back in another scary losing streak of no bonus spins where everything lines up except one reel.

enzo, i am one of 3dice's biggest fans but i'm no longer willing to spend $500 at a time to play a couple of hours (if i'm lucky) when i used to be able to play a fair amount on smaller deposits. you guys are the best in terms of service, but do something about these games. what happened to squirrel pike's? used to be much lower variance, now it plays for me like supersuits. the virtual reels on medieval moolah and squirrel's pike are way too ridiculous to take seriously after a while (unless you let us all play the reels right to left, we'd all be rich :D)

also, since we know what the odds of hitting the bonuses are, how about special prizes for players who do the near impossible by NOT getting bonuses forever....people deserve something for doing that 1 in 1000 or 1 in 10000 no bonus streak. :)

maybe i'm just venting because i just lost ANOTHER $750 betting .60 cents, but..... maybe.... i'm feeling the frustration that a lot of other players are having and WILL have that maybe you can address in the future with the new games and even redesign of the old ones.

and the tournaments? $50 prizes, $20 prizes? i've lost thousands, i'm sure others have too. and after losing a bunch real quick, the last thing i want to do is grind it out for hours to win $20.

phew! now to be fair.... Enzo, you really are the best manager out there and you've gone out of your way for me and others to make sure we were having a good time. the rest of the 3dice staff are, of course, all great as well. so i hope you see this as constructive critism of the software rather than just another complaint by a "sore loser." after all, you need to be kept on your toes as well. :D
 
I tend to agree with hippo. Enzo, you seem to be at the top of your game as a casino rep., and we all appreciate that. But.... the game play of late makes RTG and MG look generous. I really do like the way you run your operation with the exception of the "dry spells" involved with the games. I'll be on the lookout for special offers or incentives to induce me to continue playing, so, as the saying goes....make me an offer I can't refuse! I hear so many good things about your quick payout times, but with the terrible action on your games, I would expect that anyone that is fortunate enough to cash out gets immediate attention. After all, with relatively few winners, you should be able to stay right on top of the withdrawls. Take this for what it's worth, I am new to your site and already have dropped alot of coin.
 
I have to also add, that I wasn't too pleased with 3dice's support.

Approximately 6 weeks ago, I downloaded the software and registered with 3dice.

Upon registering, I attempted to make a deposit via neteller and received a weird error message that my account was limited to deposits of 0.000091 (or some number along those lines), after receiving this error, I proceeded to talk with the livechat rep. He had no idea what the issue was and said that he had forwarded it to the technical department and that I would receive a reply via e-mail, the reply never came.....

Promptly resolved by Enzo now, thanks :thumbsup:

I play at 3dice alot.....because i love that place.
And now i have to say a few things.

First of all....they do have a great support. The best you can find if you ask me. (This thread was about 3dice support so im gonna say that again :) )

Sec....you cant blame the casino if you dont have good luck.
I know its not fun to lose, god knows i done that to, but im old enough to know that im gambling... and i know, that you all know, what that means....you might win...but you might lose to..


I have played at many online casinos, but non of them has given me so much fun as 3Dice... and that is in more ways than one....

I completely agree with you Trollet - it's hard to see anyone argue the level of customer service here, and harder still to keep seeing a thread titled 'crap support' when so many of us have first hand positive experiences..

I have contacted most everyone in this thread via pm or email, and I hope that everyone involved takes the opportunity to allow us to demonstrate our support in the bad luck scenario. 3Dice offers a wide range of options for players to get in touch with our support, including the unique in-casino chat, live support, telephone support, email, pm's at our forum or pm's here, all of which would have allowed us to give you the personal level of support you deserve. (and all of which would've allowed us to respond faster, and possibly cut down on the frustrations caused by a losing session)

Of course it is possible to lose at 3Dice - and obviously losing sessions are substantially less fun than winning ones. There is no way for us - or anyone for that matter - to guarantee luck; but we can guarantee good service ! At the end of the day you can win or lose anywhere and so the question really becomes what the casino does when you win - and what they do when you lose. We pride ourselves with the personal way we handle support and I hope all of you take the opportunity to use this service which is always available !

When it comes to new slots, we are trying to incorporate as much of the player suggestions we possibly can. As our range of games grows, lower variance slot machines will also be available (although I have to stress that high variance is in the interest of the player .. ).

Hippo, Pacers, Kakata, we value your play and support as much as that of anyone else, and I honestly regret it every time I see a profile with an unlucky run. I do hope you take the opportunity to get back to me so that we can see what can be done !

really couldn't agree with you more. the only reason i deposit again and again is because i love the staff at 3dice and i know sooner or later we all will get that big hit at 3dice....but what if that hit never comes again? then the enjoyment factor is gone and all you have is "i can't believe i lost that much that fast.... " or "i can't believe i didn't get a bonus in xxx spins"

all i'm saying is maybe the games need to be tweaked just a little or comps need to be earned faster to make up for those streaks.

(hey trollet, i was in the chat when you guest hosted a while back(great job by the way), i thought maybe you also had a really bad run and knowing how much you bet, i thought Enzo was forcing you to work off your losses!!!:D, lol, j/k)

for people wondering about the customer service....geez, we can't say enough!!! they are the best bunch of people and i would recommend everyone to try 3dice just for that fact alone, and to chat with anna, lance, or ron is always just a pleasure. (they are clones of enzo :D)

Thay are so great at what they do, they have fast withdrawals, wonderful support, thay listen to customers and do whatever they can to keep us happy. And most of all, they take time to answer everything!!!

I am in complete agreement here. However I will add my two cents on this one.
:rolleyes: IMHO.. If you want your winnings, DON'T reverse a cashout! It's plain and simple. 3Dice ARE human! So they got sick. I do know first hand that there are far and few other casino's who instantaniously handle, one on one customer requests, problems, cashouts...etc! we are all treated pretty much like royalty there! But to blame them for your "obsession" is out of line (thats my opinion.) They have some of the lowest rolling slots, I can't imagine how much you were betting to lose it that fast! :eek:
A $75 Bonus! :eek: I would be thankful to get that if I wasn't able to control my gambling! Which is what it all boils down to ... IF you could control your gambling... #1) you wouldn't have continually reversed a cashout because you were Impatient! #2) You would have taken a break here or there or even lowered your bet. #3) you could have easily bought yourself some Tourney credits with some of a reversal and played in Tourney mode. #4) PICK UP the phone! they do have an 800 number and have always answered (the one time I needed to call they did!)

Geez Kakata!

I have alot of losing sessions too.. but to bring a negative slant on the casino every time you lose is not right. You know i like you, and I think I've made that clear, but the house will always have an edge, and that's something we deal with. Everyone has more losses than wins... and I am proof, but I've had more bad luck with RTG and MG for years without questioning the software. With 3dice I can truly say I've had more cash-outs than anywhere else. I have many losing sessions also.. but when I win.. the check is there in 3-4 working days... and I can bet my life on it. I can only play where I feel confident in the management.. and with 3Dice there are no games and no hassles. I'll continue to make them my primary choice.. win or lose. I don't know what else to tell you. We all lose! More than we win... we lose!

I forgot to tell you guys.......the only time "I won" was by mistake.I went to play 3 card poker and I thought those 25 chips were 25c. so I bet 75 c. according to my believe and on my very first hand I hit 3 4 5 diamond which paid 2000.
That was my only win.........it was long ago.

well i did play again (ofc) and my withdral has been paid in daytime.

for who says aboyt 75... in FL i always got 20% back of my deposits.. so not so big.

didn't know about the option "anna pls make my withdralw no reverseble", maybe cause no one in casino never told me.

in all this the funniest part is enzo never emailed or pm me.

the complain was just for the 75 bonus just 10 min after all lost.. but maybe it's a just .. casualty? :confused:

actually, to be really honest.... i've never had as many cashouts anywhere else more than 3dice. but that means the losing streaks can hit you pretty hard. i wonder if we are just being spoiled too much? up a couple of thousand, down a couple of thousand.... not so out of the ordinary maybe.

i also got a manager's bonus that i lost really quick, but i think it was a very nice thought anyway. (actually, i would've been really suspicious if i hit something really big, but it confirims to me the random nature of their slots....stingy.... but random:D)

and drk, i think it was a fluke because they jump through hoops for everything and i really don't believe there was something intenional in what happened.

playing again as i type. i just decided i generally have a good time regardless of the recent streaks, but i'll just wait till i get a big one again. just too impressed with Enzo and his staff to let my impatience and frustration get the best of me. geez, what else can they do to keep EVERYONE happy?

i've always been good at separating the luck part from the casino part, but sometimes it's tough, i guess.

Yeah Cindy, the games do play rough, and I've yet to have a "sustained run" of luck there at all.(i.e., winning streak). I guess the way I'd describe 3Dice is like a store you like to go to because they are so nice to you, but you pay more than at the other stores. Same idea I think. Does that make any sense? (I hope).

I have found that I tend to last longer there on the video poker than the slots which is natural I guess. I really like to play 7s Wild when I'm low on funds as all the 4Kinds keep me playing a little longer!

I just (unfortunatley) closed out my 3 dice account today. Im sad to do it but Ive been playing almost every day for the past 3 months with no wins, no cashouts and only 2 or 3 bonus spins on super suits adding up to less than $50. Granted....its winning and losing,,,BUT,,,,not losing and losing. If you never win, then there wouldnt be gambling

Again, I expect to lose sometimes, infact more than winning but this is just ridiculous. I also closed out my account at Inetbet as well. I got a letter from them saying they are sad to see me go because Ive been a loyal customer since 2006.........2006.....not one cashout? does this sound right to you ?

Please dont begrudge Kakata from complaining. Its his right and it is also the right of the customer to win once in awhile. I am very happy that Kakata won that CW RJ..he deserved it beause his losing streak is as bad or worse than mine. THat's what this site is for . I still love you Tim :)
