Resolved Issue with PlayOJO

Good morning :) Thank you for the acceptance 😊

I found this page when I was doing a bit of research about OJO. I'm not nieve when it comes to gambling and due process. My account has been fully verified and I liked the fact OJO didn't do ridiculous wagering requirements.

My issue. I deposited some money began to play lost a little bit then started to win, not a great deal. Then the games started glitch 🤔 ok I'm thinking it's probably server connection probably dropped. So go to restart the game and it wouldn't load in. So I try a new game. Same again. I come out completely, reboot the game/ website in it's entirety. Same thing. By now I'm like 🤔🤔 this can't be right. So clear the cache and history do a complete reboot and start again. I spend 45 mins trying to get back in even different browsers amd their app. Finally I'm back in. By now I've lost faith in their services. Nothing was coming up to advise they was having issues. So I opt to withdraw all of what's left. I'm kind of reassured when they say it will be dealt within a few hours. 29 hours later and it's still saying the same thing. Player pending! A few hours when I went to school was no more than 7 hours. Almost a working day. That's when I started to see if it was me or this happened to others when I came across your site/pages. Having read the information of others who were dealt with by @EGO I'm kinda hoping he will be able to assist me in getting my withdrawal. As I said it's not a great deal but it's the principal. When you join a casino you expect they will deliver on their side just as much as they expect from you. When it starts to go wrong and there is no valid reason for it to be going wrong and you feel like your being locked out and your continually trying to get back in and it doesn't happen. It starts to leave an undesirable taste in your mouth.

Thanks for reading if you got this far :) and I'm hoping someone can help 🙏 From what Iver read @EGO is the person for the job so I will private message all my info 😊

@Ladidi , you've probably run into the restrictions on brand new accounts, namely limited access until you've had three posts on the forums. This is in place to avoid having spammers sign on and flood the place.

Try responding to this post and then doing the Private Message thing. Let us know if you're still having problems.

Ok @Max I will do 🙂 Knowing my luck it's probably me and I've just jinxed myself again 😂

BTW, @EGO tends to take the weekends off (IIRC). I would expect you would hear back some time tomorrow.

OK, looks like we tried enough things that we've exhausted the problem and it's now left the building. OP has been able to proceed. :thumbsup:
