Before getting all huffy with a "Don't patronize me" rant, it would behoove you to put this into perspective.

You should try using a more positive tone like, "Hey some may like this promo - but it's not right for me. Maybe there is a way that the payouts could be increased. Is this possible?" And then you will get a constructive conversation that may well lead to better promos. Accusing folks of conning people is just way out of line and does nothing but aggravate folks.

Surely we should all just appreciate a deposit free freebie when it's on offer without too much expectation. We all like a freebie but maybe set your sites on the possibility of just gaining some free play time from them and if you manage to accumulate enough winnings then your laughing. Sometimes I think that the free spins thread impacts the integrity of CM

Of course Bryan, thanks for pointing that out. Technically a player could withdraw the winnings of £10 or more and then only £9 would have been processed, but we agree the terms could have been worded better:

Winnings generated from Free Games received for which no deposit is required, will have a maximum withdrawal of 20x the value of the Free Games credited. Any withdrawal request for winnings in excess of this amount will result in only that amount being processed with the remainder being removed from account balance. For example, if you receive 50 Free Games at £0.30 per game, the maximum withdrawal is 50 x £0.30 (£15) x 20 = £300 or 300 units of account currency. In the event that 20x the value of free spins is less than 10 units of account currency, the maximum withdrawal permitted will be 10 units of account currency.

I don't have an account on 32red but I have no idea how you can call a promotion where you don't have to deposit "entrapment" in any way. I play on a few sites that give spins that have max cashouts, and I've had to forfeit 200 euros in the past because of max cashout limit, but it's the casino giving you a freebie. You could have had no cashout but you got something, which is way better than nothing. Having to beat the wager twice in a row is frustrating and not likely, but it's free entertainment at the end of the day. I've finished wagering a huge bonus and had 10 hours of play but ended up 5 euros down at the end. Can't complain when you got that much play for 5 euros. I feel like a shill for 32red writing this but I don't even have an account on there casino or any other MG casinos.
