32red Xmas Advert - me no like.

Just out of interest, say the player in question, initiated a withdrawal for a larger amount BUT they had a very active and loyal deposit / play history with 32 Red, would any discretion be applied in these cases?

FTR, I have not claimed ANY of the FS from this promotion so I am not on about my personal situation.

Main reason for posting: "Merry Christmas, Mark and I hope you're well :D"

Not a great offer, but the spins are free, and no one is forcing anyone to take them. I honestly don't see the problem tbh, either deposit and play a bit then withdraw £10+ or wait till day 2 and withdraw if you win of that. It would be different if the spins were deposit based, but they aren't, so don't see anyone can complain. I'm not a fan of 32Red, closed my account there a while ago, but I genuinely don't see a problem with this promotion.

As for Marks response, I didn't see anything wrong with that either, especially considering what the first post said at the time Mark responded. I think people expect reps to be whiter than white and never bite at posts, and I'm guilty of being too harsh with some at times, but don't think Mark was rude or unprofessional, just a little sarcastic.

Was there a minimum deposit amount needed to qualify for this promo? Or was it for any player as long as they had made a deposit?
well I chucked 100 in in October, so must be more than that

Yeah, terms just say as long as you've deposited and got an invite via e-mail. Not sure what sort of discretion was used as to who got the e-mail/invitation for this promo and who didn't though

I have not been invited, so moot point to me. I was invited for a free spins promotion months ago re soccer, but due to a time zone difference, I have yet to play any of my tens of spins.

My level of deposits recently has not been very high, despite the first part of the year.

I did have an invitation to a leaderboard race, but even for midrollers, it is hard to place.

32Red has probably the best support team in the industry. Did you ask if you made a cash deposit in order to meet minimum if you could withdraw? Even if there was a 1x turnover, you could probably play a tenner and have more than a buck left to make your minimum withdrawal amount.

Mark, if you care to send me an invite, I would gladly play just to pass some time.
