32Red - Withdrawl Times?

I'm a little concerned about how long it takes for withdrawals to process.

I've had a recent discussion with a member of the 32Red's Live Chat team and was informed that a withdrawal should reach my account via the end of the working day on Thursday. This is a little concerning when the original withdrawal was made on Fri 31/01/2020 at 15:43 (Just before the weekend).

We live in quite a advanced world where payments can be sent almost instantly through the likes of Faster Payments.

I've had a withdrawal from another Casino known as Sky Vegas and they deposit funds into my account the next day without fail.

I think 4/5 working days for a withdrawal is a little excessive.

Hi Delta,

Thanks for your post.

Withdrawals are processed during U.K. banking hours, 9-5 Monday to Friday. There is a 24hr pending period before the withdrawal is processed.

Given the time of your withdrawal I would have expected your withdrawal to be processed today. If you want to PM your username I’m happy to look into it further for you.

Regards
Mark

Unfortunately, 4-5 days or more, can be quite normal for 32Red, especially with the compulsory pending period, and no weekend processing.

If you want faster withdrawals, I'd play elsewhere. I find the L&L brands (AllBritishCasino, Hyper Casino, etc) pretty quick to pay, especially for debit card payments, Since they use Visa direct, rather than standard Visa.

I've had payments appear in my bank account, within an hour of requesting a withdrawal from the casinos

Mark has replied to you. 32 red are a great casino 100 percent reliable and great customer service but withdrawals are not speedy like some casinos.

Basically a withdrawal made before 12 noon will be processed the next working day. So a Friday withdrawal will not be processed until Monday. You will definitely get monies though.

If you want instant withdrawals you need to play elsewhere I am afraid. .

Yeah 32red are very slow compared to many other casinos, its the main reason I stopped playing there. They really need to up their game on this if they want to maintain customers surely?

Yes a great and trustworthy casino but they need to look at their withdrawal processing times and I make a point of this with every customer satisfaction survey I do for them.

Why not just implement automatic processing like other sites (Sky Vegas etc) for those who are fully verified.

Fair's fair, 32Red are still good and reliable in many ways but their payment methods are seriously outmoded.

With casinos now upping card payment speeds as an industry standard there really is no logistical reason for their delays, other than to benefit themselves, via of course player reversals or hoarding funds for their own financial gain.

And *assuming* this applies across the board with e-wallet payments too then what excuses could they possibly have left, especially for long-verified players

Agree. I don't see any reason for such long pending times.

With this being said, I can only think that the implementation of a long pending time benefits them more financially than an increased player base that has been attracted by fast cash out times.

To give him his due, Mark is a fantastic rep, one of the best, but it would be nice to know that he is at least trying to have some input on this higher up where these decisions are made.

What? and lose the income from reversed withdrawals.

As has been said so many times before, that's the only reason for casinos using pending periods.
A rep from any of those casinos, has yet to come up with an argument in favour of pending periods.

One does wonder though, if the amount reversed and lost, while pending is greater than the amount just not deposited in the first place, because of the pending periods.

"oh look we got a £500 reversal over the weekend."
But did you also lose £1000 in deposits from people playing elsewhere (and getting used to playing elsewhere). Just because of the withdrawal policies?

(obviously the amounts would be much higher, lol)

There are also the long terms effects. If a customer reverses and loses too often, are they going to continue depositing, or start resenting that particular casino/group and look for somewhere with withdrawal locks or shorter/zero pending?

I agree with there delay tactics in withdrawals. Back when their withdrawals were faster than what they are now I would deposit $50000 plus in a year now down to a few thousand, so right there they lost a lot in deposits from me and you add everyone on here that have cut back or stopped playing there completely that's a lot of $ lost.

You think they would up there game being at one time they were the best casino for 10 years. While everyone moved forward with faster withdrawals for some reason they decide to go backwards. They have not made an effort to make their withdrawals faster so guess having it pending is more profitable for them.

I have to say even though I play a lot less on 32Red than some others it has been the only casino I have been lucky at and have made some withdrawals in the last year. I have found myself playing a little more at 32Red and as I have said before I think they have the best-looking casino, it's a fresh and attractive site and you can't deny that they are a solid outfit and you will get paid but for any casino that takes deposits 24/7 they should able to pay out 24/7. They should have CS 24/7. Is there really anyone casino that is truly a player's casino? Not really and I'm surprised that they don't strive to be the best in all areas of running a successful casino.

The amount of cash being deposited is only one factor and not the primary one to be as profitable as possible. The main indicator for a casino operator is the "Company Hold" or whatever name they are using, which is the amount the casino actually keeps after all player withdrawals have been processed.

If you look at casinos with fast payments and at those with pending periods - the first have a rate of appr. 25-30% while the latter are almost in every case well above 50%. That is pure cash staying in the company.

Too lazy to look up the Kindred report for 32RED but Aspire Global was at 53%.

agreed that is why never deposit at 32red I was tempted but I ain't waiting 5 days to get paid. ojo great casino but no lockwithdraw either even though paid within 24hrs it still 11hrs of them encouraging you to reverse I made that mistake once but when I won 3k there a couple weeks ago I put the limit on and did not go near ojo till I saw the money.

Those are percentages though.. They might look good on the company accounts.

which is better 50% hold of £100,000 deposits with a pending period/reversible withdrawals and any other techniques, used to prevent paying out. Which might limit the amount of deposits being made.

or 30% hold of £200,000 deposits? for fast payouts, which might attract more depositors, more frequent deposits and sooner re-deposits

If you get a decent win which is paid within an hour, you're more likely to re-deposit the next day, if not sooner. Than if you're in the middle of waiting 4 or 5 days for the cash to hit your bank account, and actually become yours

Meanwhile almost every softswiss whitelabels approved an ewallet or etransfer cashout in 5 minutes. Even unibet does it in 2 hours.
You make me wait 4 days to approved a 1000$ cashout? You just lost 30 000$ wagered in your casino for the next year. That at least +1000$ Expected value. On top of that, stalling tactics kills the pleasure. There is no fun in winning money and getting it next full moon.

I played at 32red for years got to the top level lost thousands but could afford too, then I withdrew £1500 waited for it to hit bank when it did not went onto casino and there was my £1500 back in my account.they wanted i.d etc.cut along story short I reversed it and lost it sent i.d in. then I get told now want details of how much money I earn stocks salary etc.so when I said no they closed account without a sorry to see you go.
