32red the worst casino i have ever played

I've had my turn at some good wins, and I am currently in a slump. I did get a little something in my account, ty Steve.

I had a small issue with yesterday's bonus. I made my deposit partly by Skrill (Moneybookers) and partly by Visa, but only the amount on the second deposit was credited with a bonus.

Well, it was only a very short time until CSR Ben fixed it right up for me. And it wouldn't have mattered which CSR, they would have fixed me right up.

32Red does a good job of keeping their players happy, and part of how they do it is having great staff. I suspect they treat them well to, because I think it's really part of their business model. 32Red's staff have the ability to make many things right, and I suspect they have bosses that trust them to make some judgement calls. Good choice when you have great staff.

Part of how you get great staff is treating them right and giving them responsibility.

It's up to us players to have a little luck.

32 Red is over rated. There are better casinos that give and take. 32Red is all take; as far as I am concerned. Riverbelle is good, and so is All Jackpots. Very surprised to see 32Red top every year. Their admin might be good, but their slot returns are poor.

Strange.
I'm WAY ahead this year at 32RED.
My luck there has always been better than anywhere else.

It all boils down to luck dude, Microgaming games pay the same wherever you play.
For example, my luck at Spin Palace has been awful this year, way down there (I call them DeadSpin Palace now).
But I'm up at Prime.
Same casino (Palace Group), same server, just a different skin.

Just FYI the payout settings on Microgaming slots are hard-wired so they are the same regardless of where you play. So your experience is down to luck and only luck.

The awards are not based on how often an individual member wins or loses.

32 red

i ve played on 32 red for a few years now ive also tryed alot of casinos but have to say 32 red is the best for support and staff very friendly also like others have said you win some lose some but will get your winnings within a few hours think 32 red are great.

You could have the same run of bad luck on any other microgaming i.e. ladbrokes.
What sets 32red apart is the customer service and they certainly aren't bad at that ;-)

32 Red

I was a US player and had talked with the manager of 32 Red and he was fantastic , but I finally gave up anyway on online gambling . My problem with online casinos in particular is the fact that " random generators " are not truly random and a casino can utilize different degrees of randomness . I found that I could play games for free if I simply wanted to watch stuff spin around and simply wanted " entertainment " .

It is my feeling that ALL online gaming should be closely regulated and types of "random " generators openly classified as ( for example ) Class 1 randomness ( loosest and verifiable ) , Class 2 ( lesser degree of randomness ) , etc. This should be posted and percentage of payouts should be clearly posted as well as is done with land based Casinos in Louisiana .

It has been our experience that Indian land based operations have no regulations and extremely low percentages of payouts much the same as online casinos . Online gaming could be fantastic with the " greed " removed , but then so could government !

It all comes down to trust and i agree there is a large portion of ambiguity in the online gambling industry but if you ARE going to play then all you can ever do is minimise your exposure by playing at a casino that millions trust and for sure 32Red is one such casino.

Say what you want.... Play where you want... BUT

32Red is THE BEST Casino - Period :)

Their Service is unrivaled - A measurement tool for me is to compare them to 3Dice support (which is fantastic) but 32Red has better support IMPO. They are not hidden away in some Costa Rican forest. They are listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Show me any other Casino which has everything about them in the eye of the public. I'm sorry, but half of the MG's / RTG's /Rivals / 3Dice's / Topgame's are so secretive, you only know the front line people. Nobody can tell you who owns or has shares or who some of the management are. I know everyone at 32Red. I've chatted to everyone. From the CEO to the Operations Director, to the Player Support Manager... to the Marketing Manager... to the Junior Support Agents.

Transparency is important. 32Red passes with flying colors.

Totally Agree. The Pandoras Box is always open @ 32Red

INTERESTING MONTH at 32Red...

Not particularly pleased - but can't blame them.
Contributed to this thread earlier in month and promised to let you know the outcome.

In brief:
Played at 32 Red only.
Deposited 28 times in November : total $2750
Got heaps of bonuses from them - and was playing pretty much 24/7
(I work from home and mostly use autoplay)
12 withdrawals got me back $2150
Along the way received additional $1000 special payment for that "Gold Table" achievement.
Which means ...
I blew $600 and absolutely wasted lotsa hours.

Since the special award - seldom got significantly above invested amount,
seldom came anywhere near WR playing any of 32Red's bonuses - and
like other players, had to put up with quite a few software disconnections.
Have continued depositing in December.
Another 300 bucks gone already.
Been a deadset Numbing experience altogether this past month !!!
Most recent W/D was 2 weeks ago.

But hey... there's $115 left to try out this Immortal Romance thingy .
I will just put that through the new game when it's released in a few hours time.
Where do I expect the bad luck to continue?
Why 32RED of course !

But why would I go anywhere else?

32RED's Green Button

I quite enjoy spinning the reels and playing video poker for free at 32RED (for insane amounts of time). Thanks mostly to a few royal flushes in video poker, I have now won over $25k in fake money. I shall have to have a fake party one day to celebrate.

What's stopping me from partying is that when I press that green "WIN REAL MONEY" button and make a deposit at 32RED, (of which I have made more than several), my luck vanishes almost instantaneously, rarely to return.

A sincere congrats to all who have won "real " money at 32RED! (Truly)

Now I'm trying for $26k and one day might be able to buy Boardwalk or Park Place.:)

I can only dream - The one place where everything is perfect. (Except when I have that recurring nightmare of driving up, up, up an impossibly high road - no - it's a rollercoaster track - and suddenly the track has vanished - I see sky - beautiful sky...But why is it darkening slightly?...Don't look down... when the nose of the car twists effortlessly into a Thelma and Louise nosedive--- plummeting wildly, down, down....)

I awaken with a sickening realization

Oh Green Button... I still want to press thee :-(

Ususally fake winners give a fake round of beer around here ?

Im pretty sure somewhere in their T's and c's they do state you cannot bet more than a certain percentage/fraction of your balance if there's a bonus attached.

Always read the T's and C's first.

And be grateful-some casino's out there would have just taken the whole lot and not reset it.

Ok now it has been corrected - I spoke to the manager and he was fair. I guess this is why they are recommended. Man I am finding gambling stressful these days! I'll use these guys again.

And to the above poster - you can't read Ts and Cs on a mobile device and there is no choice in the bonus. That said it is resolved and by are fair in my opinion.

I'd want to smash my own head in if I played fake and won big lol

I've played fake and lost my house 3 or 5 times in an evening:D Then hit the big one. Of course, I only have one house, and I don't plan to lose it making $250 bets.

Sometimes I've hit huge long before losing my house, but if I plug away, I can run it down to zero in a night or two.

I'll be happy with some fake champagne in the meantime.

Agree with the majority here, you do have cold/hot streaks, the point is to stop at the right time ;)

I'd want to smash my own head in if I played fake and won big lol

I can't begin to imagine how many spins I've made on 'The Big Three' Thunderstruck/Ladies Nite/Spring Break... Must be hundreds of thousands, millions maybe. Certainly that much in actual £££'s. Seriously.

I've never once hit five scatters.

One time I was waiting for something to happen at All Slots (can't remember what it was, maybe a tournament or a bonus to be credited or something) - literally a couple of minutes of "Free Play" to pass the time and in they rolled, five scatters on Ladies Nite. Thanks for that.

The cost of the new laptop and the replacement glass in the window it went through only exacerbated my pain.

first off, i am not trying to stir any $hit or anything but just wondering if my deposits/withdrawals are normal at 32red.

i have made 63 deposits worth $3311 in 2011 and withdrew 4 times worth $1670.

one win on jan 8, jan 12, then on may 15 and finally one on oct27. very spread apart except for first 2 withdrawals.

i know most will say that deposits were small on the average but number of deposits make me wonder what's up. it's driving me crazy to be so loyal to one casino then wait and wait and wait for enough luck to withdraw $400. i stay and play because they are so highly regarded here at CM.

anyone else have similar deposit history?
