Hey there everyone, been missing in action for awhile, was without a computer, and have been trying to catch up on everything here. Long story, but maybe some remember I won a good sum of money back in August, well that money got put to good use, it bought my freedom. To the point of my story, my lifestyle has changed drastically and I have pretty much cut out online gaming, not totally, but cut way, way back. To the point of the story, I have read a couple of threads here where 32Red and their management has taken some slams, hey everyone is entitled to their opinion. I just wanted to add mine.

I have kept in touch with Pat H. since I won that money back in August, and no I did not redeposit it back into 32Red or any other casino. Anyway, long and short of it, Pat knows that I have been unable to play with any regularity and in characteristic kindness and generosity, has given me a weekly comp until Xmas to "brighten my day and perhaps bring me luck." It's not too often I'm speechless, but this has pretty much done it. I have never experienced this level of customer service (for lack of a better term) at ANY online casino, even ones where I have spent many thousands of dollars over the years. And trust me, I have been a very low-roller at 32Red. So there's not really any point to this, other than to say thanks Pat, and thanks 32Red for bringing a tear to this old gal's eyes. You guys could give lessons in customer satisfaction to the rest of the online casinos. :notworthy

Now that is what I call great customer service  . I have been biting my tongue regarding some of the recent posts concerning 32Red and it is good to hear some well deserved praise.

There are not many online casino operations whereby the directors are so easily accessible and approachable. More importantly they take a genuine interest in all their clientelle, not just the high rollers.

Also on the very rare occurrences where their high standards of customer care and attention may be lacking, the likes of Ed and Pat pull out all the stops to rectify the situation.

Many online casinos would do well to follow their example.

Ditto what Webzcas said. If Ed has any additional time (which I'm sure he does...NOT). he should get his staff together and pen the book "Online Casino Management 101".

This online gaming industry would be a much better place if a majority of their peers would follow their example:
Be creative.
Be classy
Treat players better than you would expect to be treated yourself.

What a simple formula.

Great to hear...

Generally, when I hear too much gushing and praise for something, even things I hold dear to me, I tend to start thinking how that thing has become "overrated". The same would hold true when I hear TOO MUCH bashing of something, I tend to start rooting for that person (eg. Barry Bonds).

But, not this time. I'm truly happy to hear what Pinababy69 had to say (especially after that overblown complaint thread). There's no one in this industry like Pat Harrison (on the casinos end of the spectrum), and I MEAN that. Those who've dealt with this guy will instantly know what I mean. I'm not always the easiest person to deal with  , but Pat takes class to another level. He always makes time to chat with me, as I'm sure he's "crazy" busy as well. I've never had the pleasure of dealing with Ed Ware, but I'm certain it would also be a positive experience. To this day, I'm not quite sure why Pat took me under his wing (because I'm not a big-time player either), but I'm always thankful for it. :)

You'd have to think so. Yet, so many screw-up that very "simple formula".

I don't think that there's a more tightly-run ship in the online gaming industry. There's a lot to be told that when those at the top are great leaders (kind, respectful, motivated to please, and show some humanity), that it trickles down to the rest of the team. In my dealings with pretty much everyone at 32Red, I get the sense that their mandate as well as their unveiled agenda, are in the right place (you can't find a more transparent casino even if you went to Vegas).

Pat and Ed are definitely a cut above the rest....

I wish others would follow..but I doubt that will ever happen.

Thanks 32Red...
for setting the standards for customer service and quality gaming.

Yep yep yep.. I have great runs and bad runs at 32RED - just like any real reputable casino! The difference there is, regardless of how you're playing, you'll always feel like a valued customer.

Couldn't agree more on the transparency issue too. To be able to directly contact two of the most senior casino staff is a real plus point for them... I'm sick of the fake "casino managers" you see plastered all over emails from god knows how many other online casinos... It's nice to know the people you're dealing with!

I don't need to go over the exemplary customer service either, as everyone else has covered it so eloquently above!

Thanks 32RED for a thoroughly enjoyable online casino experience - here's hoping one day all online gaming will as friendly, trustworthy and fun!

Pina old pal....I'm so glad that someone, in this case 32Red, has taken the time and effort to be kind to such a wonderful person as you. Kudos to 32Red!

Hey Pina....There's that karma again. I TOLD you...;)

Hey Swampy!!!! How the hell are ya? You make me blush dear friend, lol.

All I know is that 32Red is a class act all the way, and have shown some humanity in an industry sorely lacking in that very department. It's been rare my heart has been touched this way in real life (yeah I know, get some new friends, aaahhhaaa).

Ain't Karma grand Swamp? LOL.....

OK I'm a believer...fast response, on a weekend yet! Does the man not have a life.....wonder if he'd like to meet my daughter? :)

For the past while been having trouble accessing some info on banking page.
Support, while pleasant and helpful were not able to help. Late, very late last evening (Friday) I emailed Ed Ware. This morning I had a response, that the problem would be resolved asap. How refreshing after dealing with some others recently, namely Captain Cook and Riverbelle.

Hey Uni, so good to see you too..... I was actually asking about you a couple weeks ago, wasn't sure where you were hanging these days, lol. Hope things are going good for you. :)
