Chargebackfraud

Hi there,

As someone who nearly lost their own life to gambling and sought recovery, I relapsed in October after 3.5 years clean and ended up depositing in 24m casino and Billionsvegas casino.

I ended up using those two because they are not gam stop and because I was ill, didn't stop to think.

So, I lost a fair bit, but stopped short of losing it all. I tried to withdraw £500 from each. But soon realised it wasn't forthcoming.

To say I was cross was an understatement. I do care about the money but I care more about the principal.

To cut a long story short, I had an active betblocker on my Revolut account, which made me realize they must be using the wrong MCC code, which is a serious breach of MasterCard terms and conditions (children could potentially access the site, etc).

I read more into it and now understand miscoding is part of a huge international money laundering issue. Visa have acted but not MasterCard.

I now have an accepted chargeback dispute but ONLY because I knew the miscoding issue. I have no idea if I'll ever see my money again, does anyone have experience of something similar? If not, I hope I raise this point to help. I am not advocating doing this to legitimate casinos, I have lost a horrible amount and never disputed/charged back before, but this is different.

It goes without saying, DO NOT USE either casino.
