Hello! I dont quite understand how this works, but i blocked my account from zet casino while ago because my gambling addiction. I noticed i have been able to play at their other casinos owned by Rabidi N.V my question is do they need to refund my deposits from other their casinos because i have blocked zet casino before

Rabidi N.V., a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao with company registration number 151791 and having its registered address at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, licensed by Antillephone N.V., E-Gaming license No. 8048/JAZ, authorized by the Government of Curacao. Tilaros Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Cyprus with company registration number HE 406322 and having its registered address at 4 Promitheos st, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus, provides payment management services to Rabidi N.V.

So, in a word, no. Curacao does not enforce any cross-group rules regarding self-exclusion (SE). For that matter no longer does the UKGC or Malta.

FWIW, Curacao casino groups are free to offer whatever SE services they like. Some most certainly do offer, and honour, SE group-wide. It is not at all common though and unfortunately many that offer it don't, in the end, honour it. There's no substitute for doing your research in advance.

All that said, it never hurts to give it a shot. Feel free to use our Player Arbitration (PAB) service if you want use to assist you with this: Submit Your Online Casino Complaint - Casinomeister .

What a suprise. Thanks for the info I've thought about this. Feels like this license doesn't even know the concept of responsible gaming

For roughly 20 years that has been very much the case. In theory the Netherlands are now forcing Curacao to implement more responsible gaming practices and there are some early indications that that may be changing things. How much of that ends up being nothing but smoke and mirrors and how much is actual, real progress that benefits players remains to be seen.

At the risk of repeating myself it is worth noting that there are some very good Curacao casinos run by people that have extensive track records of being good, honest operators who do not abuse their players. They do exist. The problem is that there are legions of shitty Curacao casinos too, and only good research is going to reveal which are reputable ones. So it's caveat emptor, in spades!
