I cannot comment on the matters of anyone’s personal account here too in-depth for obvious reasons, but a player should be informed about changes regarding his/her account. We will review internally what happened and hopefully avoid this in the future. Failing to inform a customer on changes in one's account is a mistake on our part and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Guts made the business decision some time ago to become a “non-bonus” casino. Unfortunately I do not see what incentives they have have replaced them with (raffles etc don’t really cut it). I wonder what their financials looks like since the decision and if its worked out the way they hoped.

Promotions are still running regularly on Guts. Unless you are referring to our Pay n Play sub-brand GutsExpress, where our focus is on offering a simple, fast and “no hassle” -style of the gaming experience for the players. Currently, however, it’s only available for players in Sweden, Finland and Germany.

I have a 3k withdrawal pending. I was told I have to withdraw to credit card I used. That didn’t work. Then I was told I have to withdraw to a bank.

I do NOT have a bank account. Just a business bank account.

I made the mistake of saying I have a joint bank account. But I have not used this account in years it got suspended. I just checked.

Now your CS is telling me this is the only option.

He thinks I am lying. When I first went on to chat my withdrawal was to ecopayz.
He told me I have to withdraw to my card. I said this will get rejected. He says please try. I did. And told him your system is not even accepting it. It says cancelled. I advised him it got rejected. He immediately said you have not even tried. So I said here let me send you the three screenshots I took.

He then said well you have to withdraw to bank account. I said I don’t have a bank account just a joint account and business account. I don’t want it to go to my joint account I said.

And he said joint account is ok but then I checked. And my joint account is suspended cuz he it hasn’t been used. We had our mortgage payments there and since we do not have a mortgage anymore we have not used our joint account. And I told him this and he said it’s the only option I have.

And I advised him my joint account is suspended. And he refused to listen and closed the chat.

I asked to have it withdrawn to ecopayz and he said no.

Probably a stupid question but what method did you use to deposit? As far as I am aware you should be able to withdraw 100% to the last deposit method used.


I deposited with my credit card...tried to withdraw to ecopayz first...and then tried to withdraw to card I used...guts system did not accept it....so CS said withdraw to bank....so here I am...
 
so i have now received...

approximately four or five emails asking for proof of credit cards and attached bank to it....i have uploaded the credit card photo on their website two days ago...does anyone bother to check...they asked for credit card photo of a card i've already sent in and has been verified...just crazy...

and on every email they have asked for bank info.....i have repeatedly said I have no bank account...seems like they don't read any email responses...

the lack in communication...astounding.

my 3k hangs ...
 
A few times I've had the same issue with credit card/ecopayz. I think the solution at the time was to deposit like 10.00 with ecopayz and then they could process the withdrawal to EcoPayz without issue. This issue was not with Guts, but I imagine it's a viable option if they allow you to do it.
 
This is embarrassing, frustrating and impossible.

It is now with the risk and fraud team...for what reason...i have no idea....but they are now wondering if my account is linked to my business...all because i said i only have a business bank account and no other bank account to withdraw to.
the level of incompetency is astounding.

Is there no one besides CS to speak to?

I don’t think it’s an excuse for non payment. It’s pure incompetence.

I can not foresee any valid reason why you should not be paid promptly. As for their status in here goes? I can only see their past history playing a part in. But that surely should have a limit :(

Received another email requesting bank statements linked to a card that has no bank attached to it. Which I answered several times several emails ago may I add.

What a joke this has become. It is Thursday. This has been going on for days.

We have credit cards (mastercards) in north America that are issued by department stores and not banks that you can use everywhere. Is this not common in Europe?

There is 3k sitting in my guts account completely reversible.


What if I deposit 50$ with ecopayz. reverse the 3k. Play my 50$. Then withdraw The full amount to ecopayz?


At this rate I would have had time to go open a bank account. And that’s that.

This is such a poor experience and it surprises me that you're not getting any help Steviedoo. I understand that multiple PM's to the reps didn't trigger any response? You should PM Bryan about this or submit a PAB perhaps? I know they're a solid casino and you will get your winnings, but this is taking way too long.

I always use Neteller and payments are fast, but your experience is inexcusable. It's a pain in the neck, but you should take further action.

They can't ask for a card you haven't used. It could have been one you bought for that occasion or simply writing the wrong number.
You've been playing there for years if I understand correct so why in the world do they suddenly think you're a fraudster?
Just because they can't pay you they try to make it your fault. That's not really fair.

I know videoslots has come under fire these last few weeks. But I withdrew 500$ at 921am. At 922am I had an email saying my withdrawal was processed. So that is why I will play at videoslots most of the time.
 
I must add though that I chose Guts again as my place-to-go several months ago. Not many cashouts but lots of nd bonuses and free spins, some at my request. I am not eligible for the 100% reload bonus as I use Neteller, but this week for instance I received 80 fs on two slots and another $20 nd bonus.

Customer service is very friendly and generous, and payouts are fast. That's why I just don't understand why the reps won't tune in and why CS is making matters only worse.

I also prefer sites with automated withdrawals (hard to see that it would have been manually approved in a minute as they might have other players too) until certain amount, account fully verified and same payment method used. Then you get your dosh in minutes.

This is tiresome .. Thread after thread where the rep vanishes ! Izzy whizzy lets get bizzy and poof gone - for weeks - so people point it out and complain understandably. Eventually Bryan or another mod has to intervene . Rep gets dragged out from wherever - does a few bits and vanishes again . Rinse and repeat.

Is this part of their accreditation or not to have an active rep - and what does "active" mean - the fact they are alive somewhere may not be enough!
