Anyway, on another note.
GUTS is doing something a little different this year on site (and nothing it seems in CM) for their birthday - a one winner takes all $100K (you'd think theyd mention it)
Now, ive been playing there for years, and pretty much exclusively, and never once won anything in any of their casino competitions no matter how many hrs and dollars I might pump in, so I've no faith it would be me....but would be nice to see a CM member take home the prize....so if any of y'all are still playing there, hope someone here takes a life changing win

a note: thing I'm hoping you guys can sort something that happens often
once youve used three prepaids, you have to go into chat and have them removed to replace them
simple fix....sure...providing you happen to play while finance is still in the offices (ie dont play after 7pm).....but why? Before, live chat simply removed them and you were good to go - it didnt require a special person to tap the keys.

Thanks for the message.
Unfortunately, we have to admit - you got us! We are still working on it, however, our payment team works every day, with a coverage of 20h per day which means that only between:

Malta time: 2am-6am
UK time: 1am-5am
Canada: 9pm-1am

we don't offer direct Payment department assistance.

Any other time they are ready to help you with the pre-paid card removal.

1) The draw is at 6pm CEST (Canada - midday, 12pm, the UK - 5pm)
2) players need to be logged in, as it is a live casino table where we will do the draw
