[Max says: OP will be filing a PAB ... please don't discuss this here until that has concluded.]
Hello,

My name is Stefan Mihai Oprea , i am from Galati, Romania and i have a very bad issue with bwin.com.
I opened my bwin account on 14/04/2009. Since than i have made like 6 deposits to them with a totally value of RON 2301.41 into my bwin account.
In this time i was enjoying placing bets , playing at casino , poker and minigames . From 2301, my winnings arrived to RON 12700(like 3000 Euro). In a weekend i was loosing on tenis 5200 RON and in my account that day was a balance of 7500RON. I said to cash the money because i was afraid to not lose more , i love tenis but was a lot of surprises this year so, i stopped. I made a payment request of 7000RON and in about 5 minutes my account was closed. I've sent a complaint to bwin support asking why my account was closed and i received this email:
Dear Mr Mihai Oprea,

How you can see i got no explanation , just an extract from them Legal Matters / General Terms and Conditions / General Terms / Liability/data processing wich make me think i am suspected of manipulation of multiple accounts.

I wrote back this email:
What do you want to say with this email? that i did fraud or what?? WHAT YOU DID WAS STEALING MONEY! You blocked my account exactly after i asked my money! why my account wasn't blocked when i was makeing bets? I closed bets over 10000 Euro ! why? How coulded i do fraud? Please send me exactly details , and leave this jokes! And why it takes so much to verify my account? You have all my accounts movements, all my bets, poker hands , it shoulded be verified fast.. Please unblock my account and send my money as fast as possible , other i will make complaints to internet cybercrime frauds, fbi, and all authorities , plus a very bad feedback on forums! Reply me asap

I was really angry, because how was possible to close my account in 5 minutes
after i ask my money. If i was suspected of anything why my account wasn't blocked before? So they left me play because maybe they was thinking i will lose?

They responded with this email:

Dear Mr Stefan Mihai Oprea,

Thank you for your e-mail sent on 16.06.2009.

Your account has been closed for security reasons, and will remain closed. You cannot open another account.

Your account has been considered by the department correspondent who has decided that there will be no payment from your bwin.

Customer Service bwin cannot provide assistance in the future about this problem.

Thanks in advance for your understanding to consider this issue clear.

Regards,

Customer Service bwin

So , i don't have any explanation from them, i will not get back my bwin account, i will not get any response from the support from now and even i will not get my money back!!
So my account was disabled without further notice and without any apparent justification, in contradiction with the terms and conditions of Bwin!
The final explanation received does not contain any specific information and the reference to the appropriate authorities amount to a violation of Article 205(1) of Act No. 1960-17 (Criminal Offences Act, Gibraltar).

I am guilty because i was winning??

I just saw in a romanian forum that a guy solved his case only when he went in austria and paid a visit to bwin. He was writing that they are like 30 persons in that building and there are plenty of firms , not just bwin . So if bwin have 30 employees in austria, 30 in gibraltar and 30 in denmark, i understand why they have so many problems with responding on messages, and solve the issues. But i think the only way they solve they look on accounts and say , hmmm this guys won , let's cut some accounts today.. other i can't understand how ??? It's plenty of complaints over the internet , and they are acting like Saints..

Please help me with this issue, i had never cheated and i don't know any method to cheat on casino , bets or poker.
I really intend to put Justice solve this case , and make complaints to all possible authorities , because what Bwin do: it is 100% Illegal! And i don't exclude to make a trip in Gibraltar to solve this case, if i don't solve this case in a nice way for bouth parts.
Thank you very much and please forgive my mistakes , but english is not my first language , not even second. I wait for your advices what to do, thank you!

Hi Tommy, welcome to the forum. First thing I had been going to tell you to do is to send a PM (Private Message) to the BWin rep here on the forum. This is usually the first step, prior to actually posting about your complaint. However, BWin no longer seems to be in the list of forum reps, so you can skip that part for now.

You have two options IMO. The first one is that BWin is an accredited casino here at Casinomeister, and as such, will work closely with Max (the PAB Manager here) to try and get your complaint resolved. PAB means Pitch a Bitch. So that would be my advice to you is to PAB using the following link.

https://www.casinomeister.com/player-arbitration-pab/

Familiarize yourself with the process, read through the FAQ, and then fill out the form and make sure to include ALL necessary information.

Once you have done this, you should refrain from posting any further on the forum. Please give Max sufficient time to sort through the PAB and see what's up, and to contact BWin on your behalf.

A word of caution, if it turns out that BWin is correct in their accusation of multiple accounts, your forum account will be banned.

Your second option if the PAB fails would be the licensing jurisdiction of Gibraltar. You are lucky in the respect that Gibraltar is one of the few licensing entities with some teeth, and that will actually pay some attention to a grievance if you file it with them. But I would only do that AFTER the PAB here. And again, if you are a multiple account player, or attempting any sort of fraud, not much sense filing a complaint with Gibraltar either.

Best of luck to you.

Thank you very much for your advices, already i'm feeling better when i see so nice people here.

so 1. I had never played with multiple accounts and most of my winnings was from tenis and football bets , 2. I will make all complaints necessary if needed !

Thank's again !

You're welcome Tommy, hope it works out for you.

Bryan and/or Max, Tommy was wondering if he should delete his post because he wants to file the PAB, but I told him that generally once something is posted in public, it should probably stay? If that was incorrect, feel free to edit his post. I did tell him not to post anymore....until it's resolved one way or another.

EDIT: How ingenious Max, a spoiler!! I like it.
