I don't run into many issues any more now that I have more experience under my belt and have spent so much time here learning and researching.
But had an initial w/d problem with documentation being accepted with the change from Rival to RTG and a bonus issue.
I wrote to Georgina and Stephen the VIP Manager. Both responded promptly, resolved both of my issues totally to my satisfaction.
I was very pleased with the level of Customer Service that was displayed by both, wanted to recognize it here on CM.
