Hey all
Regarding my complaint, I am unable to delete this post, I decided that I should do a PAB first before complaining on here and have removed the complaint details. I'll update you guys on what happens.

Thanks
David

Update:

first payment received today. This is purely down to Maxd and Dave Miller, so I thank you both immensely.

Maybe Crazy Luck has turned a corner and will start to operate better.

thanks guys

What do you mean "first payment"?

You mean they won't pay a progressive jackpot in one hit?

IMO the casino needs to explain where the rest of the supposedly segregated jackpot funds are and why they aren't being paid immediately to the player.....either Rival or the Crazy Duck are holding on to the money and it is downright rogue behaviour.

If they can't or won't explain the situation, and pay the player his jackpot now, they should be thrown in the pit.

Hey mate, yeah they wont pay it in one hit. They are citing their terms and conditions which say max payout of 5k a month.
The thing is, when I won the jackpot I went and read their terms and conditions and that part wasn't in them, but they got changed right at the time they said max 5k a month cashout.

Maybe google cached pages would prove it.

I dunno what to do tbh, I just want to be paidso am taking what I'm given

I actually can prove this now.

attached is a screenshot of the date of my win, and their current terms and conditions can be found here: (which now show $5000 withdrawal limit, but after i won they changed it

No new terms and conditions can apply to you, if they were added after you deposited...not even after you played, but after you deposited.
You deposited, and made an agreement at that time, to follow their terms and conditions, as they were listed on their site, and so should they.
I'm 100% with Nifty on this one...they should pay the full amount, or give a very good explanation why they shouldn't.
On the other hand, I can understand that you want the money, and getting it in installments, is better than not getting it at all.

I hope you get paid ASAP from the casino. I agree with a lot of other people here. When you win a Jackpot that is your money (full stop) ... Imagine a lotto winner getting 5k a month for a 10 million win ... He will probably die before he gets paid out.

This system of drip release is absolute nonsense ... It goes totally against the logic of gaming ... Where you have the chance to make and withdraw fortunes.

Not good enough. It takes away from the excitement of winning a jackpot. Pay the man!

That's a shitty thing to do to you, changing the terms after you win a progressive but on the other hand I guess we shouldn't expect much since there was a complaint on gambling grumbles back in April of this year from another player who won a progressive and apparently never got paid for it. :(

In case anyone is wondering what the new Terms say is:
All withdrawals will be paid in installments of up to $5,000 per month ....

The old Terms said no such thing. No mention of payment limits at all.

... can you tell me if this means they have to pay in one payment? or do their new T&C apply?

In general we have a serious problem with new Terms being retroactively applied. In this case I would push for the casino to pay per the Terms that were in place when you won. In other words they could negotiate a payment schedule with you but it would have to be mutually agreeable not something imposed on you such as the monthly limits in the new Terms.

The problem is.... Crazy Luck has been stalling payments .... and why do casinos stall payments? 1. Rogue/greed, 2. Poor/No Cash Flow.

The OP hits a Progressive and other players are now getting paid? They suddenly change their T&C, and the OP who won the jackpot is put on lousy $5k per month payments? Per MONTH.

So how can they be trusted to pay out the remainder? And why won't they pay out the total win if Rival banks the Progressive?

Using other words for it, they are actually stealing money from their own Softwareprovider:eek2:
It seems as if they use that money to be able to pay other players. That way they maybe can stay in business a while longer, at least if players now are believing they are good to go since they paid a few.

I hate this kind of behaviour from supposedly adult people trying to run a casino.
Is there a way we can let Rival know what they are doing with their money? I can't believe they are approving this....or maybe I just don't want to believe it:(

Wish you good luck getting through to Rival with ANYTHING.
I have a feeling that's not going to happen ;)
Maybe Max/Bryan has connections there tho...I'm not sure.

Well, I'm sure that all reps from Rival are reading this thread, and from other Rival casinos that hasn't signed up yet. Maybe even someone from Rival itself, and a lot of players that won't play there anymore, just because of this thread.

Sometimes I check how many there are online here, and sometimes there are 150 people and only 15 of those are members:rolleyes:
I do believe we are getting through to at least some of "the right people" by posting here. Who will listen and if anything will happen...that's another story:)

Thanks for all the posts chaps. Yeah, all you've said makes perfect sense. I hope they stay in business long enough to pay me the rest of my winnings!
