Whats with withdraws long pending times all the time now in the week and at weekends? Had one pending for nearly 48hrs this week in the week and now over 24hrs again ??

We had one issues with "old/uncompleted" KYC journeys, so some withdrawals got not processed which should be. However, last monday we ran a script that expires the old/uncompleted KYC journeys.

Nice to see that players noticed it, and started to express their appreciation.

I made 2 small deposits and one withdraw
will be good if you guys add option to have game name, so real name dont show all over casino when I win

I've recently opened an acct with All British, but my acct wasn't automatically verified like it was with the last few casino/sportsbooks I've joined. Why is that?
Its so much easier when I dont have to send a load of document images etc when initially trying out a new site.
I just wondered why your site is different in this respect.

Please PM username/email so I can actually see what happened.
But for electronic verification we use Experian, they had an issue today between 9:47AM and 10:15AM. If you registered during that timeframe I can sort it easily. If not and we didnt got a positive response from Experian, we would need basic KYC in order to allow you to deposit and play. This basic KYC consist of ID and a recent proof of address.

I spoke to Cs chat and they told me I will have to manually verify the account before making a withdrawal 'depending on the amount'.
