Question Withdrawal Time Experience

I’d be interested to see if our withdrawals are any quicker, I’m pretty sure our processor uses Mastercard Send (Visa Direct equivalent). Not entirely sure though. Happy to credit a small amount to your account to test if you’re up for it? (Amount is yours to keep!)

Maybe it’s just @Team.Videoslots VS being a bit slow then and nothing to do with Mastercard as they seem to stay pending longer than they used to as well.

No probs, but just as an example my latest WD is still pending from 9am today for example…..and most people here it would be in bank already not still pending?

Just another thing is that before I could deposit with mastercard and WD using bank ( same account card is linked to ) but since you have made it to WD to close loop first even tho it would close loop going back to same account this has also slowed it all down for me unless it’s just a coincidence since that’s the case.

Does VS use Mastercard send? if not do they plan to in the future?

The closed loop system should not be slowing down withdrawals, but I will have a look if something from our side is affecting to this.

Ok thanks, my WD finally hit my bank this morning so about 72hrs it took I used to get them within 24hrs max and often within 12 so deffo not as quick for me

One of my "control my gambling" tools is to load Skrill with a set weekly budget and when its empty its empty, no casino deposits or transactions on my bank statement for years and years.

Also had it for such a long time it has kind of become a habit to use it, regardless of their extortionate fees also that if ever I had a sizeable withdrawal, I would not feel too safe with massive amounts sat in there, glad you asked now mate, actually made me sit up and think about it lol.

This being said as you're probably already aware I am a good boy anyway and mega rarely go over my budget, so I suppose the odd £20 from my bank wouldn't really make much of a difference.

Whats with withdraws long pending times all the time now in the week and at weekends? Had one pending for nearly 48hrs this week in the week and now over 24hrs again ??
