I would like to join Bet365 but they refuse to let me have an account with them. Last year I registered and they closed my account within minutes with no option to join again. I said something along these lines a few years back. Why don’t good casinos tell customers how good they are? It’s not illegal to say things like we pay out instantly, that there are no wagering on free spins, that bonuses only apply when you spend your “real cash” deposit etc. It’s not illegal to say we’re a fully licensed casino who will not mess the customer around.

My small and occasional deposits, which I look forward to are often gone in the blink of an eye these days and I have to wait a while before I can try again, often a case of "rinse and repeat"

A degree of control could be put in place where players get the occasional incentive (bit like the good old days) such as a 25%match or 50 x 10p free spins at least (being realistic as I know the 100% deposit bonuses are long gone) together with max RTP.

Weak excuse coming but the truth. I constantly forget about Lottomart despite them having a good presence and rep here as I never get any communication from them whatsoever.

That's a pretty good list - I do consider 94% RTP if they had meaningful promotions to go with it however the sites offering 94% or worse are likely ones that have devalued or eliminated promotions as well (making the RTP drop even more significant).

The key is tolerance for problems - technical faults, balance-related errors and stalled withdrawals are all red flags to me. Of course they will happen occasionally given it's a complicated network of systems, but a recurring theme tends to point at human decisions rather than technical ones.

They had VirtueFusion back then, which despite an onslaught of competitors is still the best offering today.
