I am working on the reviews a bit and I'm adjusting the star system which shows the most important attributes of an online casino. Mine are the following:
  • Payout speed
  • Strength of Licensing
  • Responsiveness to complaints
  • Experience of operators
  • Engagement with our community.
....amongst others.

I have created this poll to see really what your ideas are in this. Some things I have left out - since they are pretty subjective and may or may not pertain to everyone like speed of SOW processing, (which is reviewed elsewhere).

So what say you? What is important to you. Please choose five, and if you think of something else I haven't covered, please let me know. Thanks!

One of the most important things alongside Payout speed is the RTP on offer. Please add that as many players are influenced by this when signing up.
Yes, as this is now an issue it's well worth adding this option, nobody wants watered-down beer, right?

Well my take would be as follows:

RTP
Payout Speed
Loyalty
Software
Live Help and Responsiveness
I'll add licensing too (Although this means Jack squat considering what the UK and Maltese bunch are catching up to)

Nate

In the past I would have included in my votes Strength of Licencing but I really feel the UK has by now done a terrible job of all but destroying what was at one time an enjoyable thriving industry. And it is only going to get worse - much worse. I await the opening of legit offshore casinos without all the ridiculous restrictions now imposed by the fabled UKGC. I think an option on this should have been about RTP as that is certainly a consideration for many now - finding casinos who do offer the higher RTPS unlike sadly many formerly great brands who now force the lower or lowest rtps they can on the players.

5 perks/picks isn't enough! :D
Mine were
  • Payout speed
  • Strength of Licensing
  • Responsiveness to complaints
  • Bonuses and Offers
  • Software and Games
The above in no particular order: Loyalty falls under Bonuses and offers in this case..

Responsiveness to complants also entails support in general for me, prefer 24/7 chat of course but i'm fine with office hours too, as long as there is a mailbox or something to that tune, that at least gets checked daily.

Last but certainly not least: Engagement with our community... it's a BIG plus, but i wouldn't shove off a Casino that meets all my demands, just because they didn't engage :)

The RTP bar would probably have been a bit longer as many, including myself, voted before the option was added. It stills seems to be a popular one though.

I would have had customer service in there too. I know it can be subjective but there are some notably poor customer service centres out there, and I tend to avoid them as much as possible, unless I'm fairly sure I won't have to contact them. Entain customer service, as an example, is so bad they may as well just remove it completely.

RTP
Payout Speed
Loyalty
Software
Live Help and Responsiveness

Exact same. Liscensing has become a tool to fool players with intrusive bs and more excuses for an illusion of so called security.

RTP easily available ( viewable like unibet,coolbet,skolcasino,21casino)
Very few or lack their of pending complaints ,
Who cares about a license now a days either a casino pays when you win or they don't , obvious answer there.
Withdrawal and Pending Times*** This is ridiculously important for me now a days one reason I don't play at white hat casinos as much as I probably should but have been working on that.
Document acceptance should be transparent with an upload system via website and Documents should be approved or disapproved within 24hrs and if disapproved it should state Why, and how to correct it.

I added it, and you should be able to change your votes.
Are there new recently updated reviews of both accredited grey zone and new casinos yet? I've been scrolling the same reviews that haven't been updated in months or years (well atleast according to the post review Date) looking to find 2 new solid casinos and your reviews are very helpful in that matter.
When they are fresh;p

Easy to find/see RTP and to have the highest (96-98%) of course!
Its VERY annoying to check all the games for the RTP before i can start playing. :axeman:

So my top 5 is:

Easy to find/see RTP and the highest available
Payout speed
Software and Games
Security
License

RTP on offer is far and away THE most important factor.
We all know (or should by now) how a couple of % reduction in TRTPs has a MASSIVE impact on our play-time

Games Available is my second choice - I want to play the games I like, not just play any old shite for the sake of it.

Looks like I'm one of the very few who didn't vote for Cashout Speed. Yes that's a nice to have - but doesn't make my personal top 5.
Maybe because I don't very often make it to that point :p

We are in the process of redoing most if not all of the reviews. This takes some time so please be patient. But most have been updated recently :D
Unibet Casino Review
PlayOJO Casino
Casino Friday Review
Slotum Casino Review

So maybe you are looking at some obscure ones - I don't know.

RTP - obviously most important
Payout Speed - encompassing a swift SOW
Engagement in our community - if anything goes wrong.

its looks so simple right - and should be - but how many Casino’s here encompass all three. A couple have two of these three.

Speaking for myself, I don't mind if RTP is not displayed fully, it's variable versions of the same-titled slot I disagree with.

I see it as predatory to be honest, like pulling the wool over someone's eyes, in this case, the someone is the millions of unsuspecting customers thinking they're playing the same game. The possible social implications are mind-bending and it's not responsible. If it were not for variable versions there wouldn't be much of an argument apart from 'buyer beware'.

Secondly, it's the terms for me. Even now casinos use terms to delay withdrawals under the UKGC's eyes; cannot withdrawal without cancelling a bonus but live chat are unavailable or cannot speak to the right team until after the weekend - happened only last week.

But, I chose the closest to those two points and the first outstrips all by a million miles - I only want to play the best slots, nothing else really matters.

RTP
Customer Support (meaning t&cs)
Withdrawal Limits (probably won't hit them but if do, I don't need hassle)
Software and Games (again RTP and also unreliable sites are a big put off)
Payout Speed (only one reason to stall with today's methods)

If the slots had to be called Starburst-96, Starburst-94 etc people would probably start to wonder what the number represents.
Easier to just 'hide' it in the helpfile where only a small percentage of players bother to look.
