Withdrawal problems with casinoluck/payment trust

I made a withdrawal almost 2 weeks ago deposited £20 cashed out at £450 after wagering. A week later still not paid out even thought it was processed the day after i requested a withdrawal. Any how spoken to customer serivces and they saying there is problem at Payment trust and they looking into a fix anybody else encountered this i been paid out by other casinos since the requested withdrawal with casinoluck.

CL usually pays within 6-12 hours to e-wallets. Don't know which method you have used but they are normally pretty quick.
 
That link dont work also spoke to them again and they saying its down to the card/payment processor they saying payment has been sent. Its been 2 weeks now without payment won at gala bingo on sunday withdrew it and was in back monday infact longest i have waited is 5 days tops for a withdrawal.
 
It is indeed the processor who has problems, other members here have experienced the same delays.

You can click on the I-gaming reps tab on the top and look for CasinoLuck-Eric, send him a PM but i suppose everybody will have to wait for the processor to sort out his problems.
 
Not to worry mate.. as Harry already said, there have been more issues reported with this particular payment provider, and i have no doubt that things will be sorted..Of course it's far from optimal, but the Casino has it's hands tied here, for now.

Anyway, Casinoluck and Next are splendid outfits, and if you contact their awesome manager, Eric, i am sure he will be able to relieve your pain a little bit. :thumbsup:

I have been playing at casinoluck several times and had no problems, until a couple a days ago, when i won in the free spin, the mone was never credited my account, the ignorant in the support just syas; i have got the money credited, wich I have not. i even took a screenshot.drive slot.jpg

And exactly for issues like yours we have the casino reps in this forum. You can contact him via PM and i can assure you that Eric will do his best to solve it in your favor.

We mostly don't shout about these things and communicate via PM. I had once an issue with Thunderstruck II where the winnings from 2 bonus rounds were not added to my balance, total some 700$. This was Sunday morning CET, I sent then a PM to Eric. Just after lunch he had sorted the problem and credited the missing amounts to my account + a little extra for the inconvenience.

Support can't get any better in my view and experience with CL/Next.
 
I am also awaiting money off next casino. I pm eric and I understand why I haven't received my money yet off world pays, but tbh I wont be depositing again until this situation is resolved.
 
I'm having the same issue. I spoke to support and they advised me that of the issue with the payment processor they also told me that it likes payments are being processed again as a few of their customers recieved their funds this morning. Hopefully that means everyone who is waiting will start to receive their finds over the next few days
 
Got my withdrawal cleared into my bank today a little late but support was first class it wasnt the casinos fault so cant hold anything against them

Mine is still not in my bank! getting to be a joke this now! 1 week later and still no money. looks like I need to pm Erik Again!

Just to let people know, Received my money here through neteller in the end. Still not sure if I can use my debit card again to deposit/withdraw but all paid and all good :thumbsup:
 
Waiting on a withdrawal from Casino Luck to my Neteller, how long does it usually take? it has been 11 hours now. What time is live chat open?

Sunday only from around lunch time CET, sometimes even later, but they do have email support which usually answers pretty quick.

What time did you make the withdrawal? Normally they pay in max. 12hrs, although i never waited that long, most was appr. 9hrs.

Hope you get paid soon.

Thanks Harry, I waited 11hours now and I did send them email. I been with Casino Luck for ages now and its my first withdrawal with them. I am verified as well :)

It's ok I just wait a bit more :)

Normally the payments team work until something like 10pm CET, which is 7am your time. However, CL/Next leave withdrawals pending for 4-6hrs before they are processed, hence by that time it probably was past 10pm CET.

You will have to wait now until they come back today, which should be 9am CET or 6pm your time. Usually they process then all accumulated withdrawals pretty quick.

On top you have the holiday season in Europe in full swing, so that might have an impact as well.

But rest assured, you will be paid. I never had any issues with them and I made probably 40 withdrawals so far :D

EDIT: I see you turned blue, congrats to 1 year CM :D

Thanks :) I am not worried about them paying me as I know they're a good Casino, I was just curious about payment time frame :thumbsup:
