Withdrawal function on Micrograming casinos not working?

On more than one occasion, I have attempted to make a withdrawal at a particular Microgaming casino and have been unable to do so because the "Withdrawal" tab of the banking section suddenly doesn't work. When I queried support representatives, they claimed that there was no problem with it on their side and all of the representatives I asked said they had not heard from anyone else with a similar problem.

To me, it would seem unusually coincidental that the withdrawal function would be unavailable just as I want to make a withdrawal while all other banking functions worked perfectly. It is suspicious to me since the casinos surely know that there is a subset of gamblers who, upon experiencing such frustration and delay, will proceed to simply play more, possibly paying their winnings and more back. I've certainly never had a problem with the "Deposit" tab.

I do not wish to name the casino where I have had this problem, as I have no proof that it is done intentionally. I simply wish to know if others have experienced this problem.

Are you playing from flash? I know from flash the Withdrawal option is not there if you click banking while you are in a slot.(not sure if its the same in the download casino)

If this is the case leave the slot and go back to the main casino lobby and click banking there.

When I experience the problem, it occurs both in the Flash and downloadable clients. I've certainly tried closing all games, restarting the software, and rebooting my computer. Indeed, on one occasion, I spent at least two hours talking to a support representative who tried to unsuccessfully troubleshoot the problem as if it were on my end.

I have had similar problems tryig to withdraw after a long playing session. Error message usually pops up when accessing the banking section. However closing down the casino and reopening has always fixed the problem.

I've experienced such a problem twice, both times at 32Red, and both times in the same week I believe. I've named the casino, since LiveChat was able to process the cashout manually for me. Nothing was done to fix it on my end, it just was working properly next time I went to withdraw.

While not all casinos give their CSRs such authority, surely a manager could process it manually for you.

I suggest you contact their rep here to ask for assistance.
