Hi All

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and Winstant.com, a new gaming operation based in Malta. My name is David and I will be your Rep on Casinomeister. Please fasten your seatbelts, put your trays in the upright position and prepare for a fun ride.

On a more serious note, I am available via PM on this site, and have provided my direct contact details to the esteemed Meister (You have mail) and Max.

All the best

Why no US ?

Hi Rob

Unfortunately, the banks in the UK we use for credit card processing are very insistent on no US. But, as soon as :) wins the election and gets UEIGA pulled and the banks are happy, we will be in there.

Regards

David

Oh how I wish that would happen David...

Good luck with your operation and welcome to Meisterland,

Welcome David from Winstant

You might want to add this to the home page....not under a small text link at the very bottom of the page marked "restricted territories".

Us Americans are pretty lazy, and by habit, we consider ourselves a country and not a territory ;)

edit: Ok, I'm REALLY confused now. Why in the world is the United States listed as an acceptable country in the drop down box on the signup page (which doesn't say anything about no USA), if you cannot allow Americans?

Hi Winbig

We The United States listed as a restricted country in both our Restricted Territories page and our General Terms & Conditions.

We list every country in the world in our Registration Country list, as we have a fair amount of back end operations that use the same information, and we check for American registrations. Note that anyone selecting United States as a country (or any of the other countries listed under Restricted territories) will have their account closed immediately on registration (and before they can deposit).

I will speak to our marketing & design team to see if we can come up with a way to display "No USA" more prominently on the site.

Hope this helps

David

Thanks for your reply, and I can understand that 100%...

But, you have to look at it through American's eyes:

Note that anyone selecting United States as a country (or any of the other countries listed under Restricted territories) will have their account closed immediately on registration (and before they can deposit).

You have to notice that 99% of skill games sites allow USA players, so most of us Americans would assume (yea, I know...lol) that our country wouldn't be on the "restricted" page...we'd head on over to the registration page, which would further lead us to believe that we're allowed to play there.....so you can imagine the shock we get when the account is closed immediately....

But, it's all good....welcome to CM, and have a good time here...we are :D
