Everything seems to match for all of them. Of course, that's not to say that someone couldn't have hacked into one or more of the accounts....I guess anything is possible.
But honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if it is legit, not at all. No more speculation on my part.....cause I just don't know. But I'd say that Bryan would probably know if those were the "real" Facebook accounts, he probably had them in his friends list previously.

I don't think CM made this up. He's obviously posted what he saw.
What I do think, however, is that those usernames are not the ones used by the people in question - or else somehow they've been hacked.
That conversation is SO strange. Too bizarre...
One has to wonder - first of all, why this conversation - and given the current state of affairs, if this were real, why in the world would they blow their cover like that?

Point taken re spelling of Robin's name - I always thought it was with a "y" for some reason.
I don't for a minute think that Bryan would put anything up that he didn't believe was genuine (unless it was April 1st or baiting a fraudster, of course LOL!)
But I have to agree with Spear that this is a strange conversation...and I recall that shenanigans with message board postings seemed to be a frequently used tactic by people at CAP who should know better.

Lou and Warren come with interchangeable parts. There is only a few ways that someone could have highjacked his company and he hasn't sited any of them. The lack of direct, specific legal actions alone indicates BS. There is a good indication that Treasury Stock is involved, which means the corporation itself owns a large portion of its own stock. Treasury stock is usually created when an officer spends the corporation's money to buyout another shareholder's stock. It is clear that Lou lost his officership on the Board of Directors of the corporation. This can only legally be achieved by shareholders votes and losing your job doesn't erase the percentage of stock. There is very little legal protection if this happens, unless they cannot justify their legal removal. None of this crap computes...The officers of corporations have very specific duties and parameters. Warren would not been able to achieve the shifting of bank accounts without criminal activities involving the Treasurer. These two seriously silly, blatantly dishonest men are going to be forced together when they need spare parts. It would be the only reason for a lack of legal response to what has been represented as criminal behavior.

Who knows what's really going on between Lou and Warren. It's a joke and the joke is on all of us.

If saving the community is your objective, then move it to a new url that is not associated with these buffoons. People who are truly part of that community will go with you. The others don't matter.

Ok, since I don't know much about social sites this sounds a bit convoluted to me, and I may be getting things mixed up. I am told these remarks were made via twitter to Warren's facebook page, and so Warren didn't see them til now and says he has no idea why they were made. He assumes it has to do with Lou's lawyers recording Lou's attempts to be friendly with Warren.
Anyway, I am tired of this stuff. I am going to stay out of it - it's all for lawyers now. Let them worry about it.

There are not even going to be any lawyers, this was all just a puppet play by the puppet masters, the two that have habitually exploited every one of their forum members and CAP Seal sponsors.
In all due respect and nothing personal Dom, but I swear, it just blows my mind that you of all people still choose to associate yourself with these two crooks by continuing to hang out there at CAP as a Mod. (Andy) AGD has given you one heck of an opportunity to build a great NEW Affiliate Community at his place now since he made you a Mod there. Why not focus all of your energies there where something worthwhile could come of it ??

As for the first part of your post, I just don't think so.
As for the second part, I have supported AGD from it's inception, it's a great service. Andy is a great guy. And I am happy and honored to donate my time to moderation there.
Re. all my energies - the majority goes to my own business. Moderation isn't all that time consuming, it fits right in the spaces of time when I wait for something to download or whatever. I would read the forums anyway in order to make educated decisions re. my own business. And I post anyway if I see something that I want to comment on. Moving a thread here and there isn't a big deal. Heck, I even contact Simmo! when I see something to be done here at Meister.
From where I sit and looking only at the actual facts I know, and leaving all speculation and opinion and emotions aside, I still have a lot of questions about what actually happened at CAP. And I want to see what will happen next.
I can be pretty unflappable, and I am not much for speculations. Maybe I will regret it later, and maybe you will get to shout "I TOLD YOU SO", but for now I am still going to wait and see.

Bottom line for me? These two men are for entertainment value only. They both deserve a good ass-whipping and a reality check. There is a good chance they'll get one too, with some of the corporate stuff they are playing with. Very foolish. It is not all for the lawyers now, it is for us. I swore I wouldn't get involved again but here I am. How much do people need to understand that their peers have been damaged by this entity. What is it at CAP that has this incredible hold on good people when they know it is just soooo wrong. What is the hold? It certainly cannot be the 'community'. I don't buy it. There are many communities now with the same affs and managers. That is a bogus reason. How many new affiliates should we, as an industy, allow to utilize a forum that has been ripping off affiliates for YEARS now.
That is why people here are fighting and fighting for it to stop here.

I went back to September 22, 08 and could delete wall to wall posts. As I perused my page I picked up on this:
