What I don't understand is why these two individuals insist on this continuous airing of their laundry. I don't think anyone wants to hear it anymore.

CAP is but a memory at the moment - unfortunate but true. I just wish they would put their money where their mouths are - hire a couple of lawyers, and take care of this somewhere else besides cyberland.

I find this entire Crap at CAP fiasco entertaining a bizarre kind of way (as do a lot of others, if the page view numbers on the different forums are to be believed).

So have a number of other people, and they have learned to value their membership and are active members of the board. Their interviews were ridiculous. You've got both parties claiming to be the ones in charge with all the power.

Then you've got them both claiming that the other party was responsible for the fiasco, but that they were powerless to stop it from happening.

That either of them tries to claim they were the upstanding partner in this situation who was against it from the get-go is laughable. It's all a bunch of bs. The three partners would happily be rolling around in all that money they had flowing their way if nothing was ever uncovered.

This interview was brilliant in a few ways
1. They were stupid
2. They are in denial
3. Neither understand the meaning of "conflict of interest"
4. Shows how greedy they are.
5. They are lairs - not very good ones.
6. Does the 3 million belong to the operators? Not lou or warren
7. Both should just shut up - the legal bills will be crazy.
8. We are getting sick of watching this car wreck but can't look away.

OMG!! You have got to be kidding me...that's current? Like four days ago current? It's not a conversation from last year or something?

Fluffy place to be....ha ha ha. Reminds me of the people who walk around talking to themselves (and answering). I used to feel sorry for them...but lately I've come to realize that maybe that's the way to be....living in your own world, and not letting the stresses and bullshit of everyday "real" life interfere. No worries.

I can't view Warren Jolly's profile because I'm not friends with him, so I can't confirm this exchange. But the images used in the pic Casinomeister posted appear to match with the pics used by these individuals on Facebook.
