As to your question, generally speaking “no”, there are no such laws. Some licensing jurisdictions say that processing fees should be “fair and reasonable” but they don’t get specific. Most crypto casinos operate outside those jurisdictions though — or have no license at all — so there’s not likely to be any restrictions in place.
