William Hill Locked Account

when Wiliam Hill was banning US customers they locked my account and have not allowed me to cash out.

Does anyone have a US toll free number for them or know of any contacts on here I can speak with. It is for a sizeable amount of money.

I cannot see how a business decision to no longer accept US players gives them the right to just confiscate the existing funds of the former players. Other casinos said they would send back any balances that players had, to do otherwise is theft. As WillHill is UK based, you could try complaining to the new Gaming Board, or to the Gibraltar authority that oversee the casino side of the WillHill operation.

I contacted them via email and asked for a check for my balance.
It arrived in about 3 weeks.
