Casino Complaint White rabbit bonus buy available in the U.K.

Hi folks whilst playing dream vegas recently I stumble across white rabbit and enjoyed playing it then I used the bonus buy feature. It was awesome but after searching online it came to my atttention that it’s been made illegal by the U.K. GC to actually provide this function for players, next steps anyone? @Casinomeister when I question them they seemed to but the issue in @BTG Rep that it was that they had not updated the platform therefore I was able to play it.

They should’ve removed it. Enjoy it while it lasts - it’s not your fault they’ve not removed it.

But they losses should be claimed back I seen boyle sports repaid as they didn’t remove it in time with regulations. And I’m sure that @BTG Rep woukdnt be overly happy that the blame from the casino is being pointed at them as they have created a bonus buy less game

He's clearly more looking for a "how should I proceed to get my money back" advice than enjoyment.

Totally why would you not enjoy playing the game which I did but when I found out that it was illegal why would I also not enjoy claiming back what are technically void bets, it would be silly not to, unless you would enjoy that?

william hill also had this on all the BTG for a few days then it was removed. not gonna lie i took full advantage of the bonus buys and it was so nice to go back in time for a few days lol

It’s not illegal for you to play a bonus buy - they shouldn’t be offering them - but come on, you have to admit you knew what you were doing.

Shall we assume that those buys didn’t give a decent return and now you want a refund? And that if they had given a decent return, you’d have been happy with the winnings being confiscated?

I didn’t know they where banned in the U.K. it was only a grand down but when I was browsing white rabbit online it showed up as banned in the U.K.. now would I have returned the winnings probably not but they would have looked forward them back if the vets then went as void

Interesting it will be interesting to see if the casino have to relay the losses as the bets are not allowed in the U.K.

But, ethically, you seem to have abused it and now want your money back. You wouldn't have even registered at CM had you won a substantial amount.

Hope you feel happy with yourself You should get your money back, but that doesnt justify you knowingly taking advantage of an error.

I was BB on doa2 until a few weeks ago. I lost but i knew exactly what it was. You want to get cash back based on it? might well refund you but you knew what you were doing so maybe a bit of personal responsibility wouldn't go amiss (i know that is lacking in these dark society days)

I honestly didn’t I was on looking at ways to look for when it’s playing better and came across a thread about it being banned I’m a newbie, then this site popped up and I thought I would ask the pros, clearly some people are getting their knickers in a twist
