White hat bank transfer

Captain spins withdrawal wouldn't let me withdraw to My starling card even though I deposit and withdraw no issues on this card. apparently it's a known issue ? so had to do bank transfer the one where you put just the IBAN. Anybody know how long these take as I'm aware it's not a instant bank transfer like boyles etc for clarification this withdrawal was sent yesterday mid day

The casinos often say 3-5 days but I find it depends much more on the country than anything else. Many are less than 2 days but some are more. France can be 5+ days for some unknown reason. Personally I think they hang onto the money to make a few days worth of interest off of it.
