Once again, where are you CM?????

Yes Mavin, I should clean up my language, but after dealing with the "run of bad luck, too bad, etc." crowd, I just had enough! Ya know???
, we don't mind. It's all we have in the end anyways.I have not been here in a while, have not deposited in any casino in close to a year.
I had a problem with inetbet and a few other RTG's that put me off gambling in casino's.
I asked Inetbet to close my account and got a very snotty email from Alan if I remember. It is posted here somewhere.
Last week or so (maybe 2 weeks) I got an email from inetbet saying they missed me and a bonus was in my account. I was curious and downloaded the "smartdownload" from inet.
I had $10. I have not spun a slot in close to a year. I played it and what luck! Was hitting bonus spins on them all.
I know the rules, inetbet has 20x playthrough and 10 times max cashout on free money.
When I got close to the playthrough cashout the balance went south ( amazing) and I was broke!
Then I remembered why I quit playing.
Inetbet, when you rudely closed my account and quit sending emails for almost a year, what made you decide to lure me back?
Did you think I would fall for it?
Good luck all but I do not miss the casino's taking my money and acting like they did me a favor.
Probably so Just Play, hope that this whole thing blows over, but from the others that are posting about the RTG problem, I wouldn't bet on it. Can I ask just what your feeling is about this whole RTG/Inet issue ?? So far all you have offered is admonishment, care to share?? Thanks
)

Can't get right, I think we are on the same side with this one, hope so. So EXCUSE YOU too, these folks are on the edge of ROGUE, and we all know it. Once again, where are you CM?????
... F YOU INET, greed is killing you at a time when you should be catering to the player instead of FUCKING THEM OVER with the shitty RTP! ... Screw you!...
... Bunch of A-holes. Anyone playing at INETBET is a sucker. Enjoy your losses and then join the rest of us in bashing a now disreputable outfit. Again, just what does accredited mean anymore???
So you're saying that Tom is a crappy manager at Club World? I and a number of members here would certainly disagree with you.The manager of AllStarSlots is the only manager ive ever seen at a casino that had seemed to grasp the logic of a lot of your comments here. He was truly the best casino manager ive ever known. Then they got bought out by ClubWorldand in typical CW style, ruined everything that was good about the place.
![]()
Also, get your facts straight before admonishing me! By the way, where is the response from the CM people that accredited these folks??
As most members know, I don't make it a habit to work weekends. This is work for me, not off-time as it is to you. Get used to it.Can't get right, I think we are on the same side with this one, hope so. So EXCUSE YOU too, these folks are on the edge of ROGUE, and we all know it. Once again, where are you CM?????

I agree AudiManinBoro, that there are no casinos wanting to be different and wanting to cater to any players to get our monies..AudiManinBoro: im sick to the back teeth of casinos taking my money and never EVER giving any gratitude for it, As if i should be greatful they allow me to deposit my hard earned money with them.
In 5 more days if I maintain my absence from online gaming which is 100% at RTG casinos, it will prove to be the best 4 week period I had this year.
Played one day and only lost $600.00 dollars.
The good news is although I busted out for 1K my total lose for the 4 week period is $1600.00 dollars and still holds the record for the best month I had this year.

I got a 100.00 managers bonus at a RTG site.... they emailed me and said it was in my account... so I spent 20 minutes looking for it... leaving no stone un turned.
looking for leads, and clues.. to no avail...
then i thought perhaps it was an oversite,, but im so glad i went somewhere to play.. what a waste of time that was..
RTG way to go...
I have a tidy little sum left, and i think i may keep it.. if thats the way
they want to get you into their front door.. but wait its a credited
that wouldnt happen would it? Oh well I shall give them the benefit of the doubt.

iNetBet Promos said:Dear Catrina,
I have just read your post: Link Outdated / Removed
And I am a little disappointed to say the least. One of our team contacted you a few weeks back with a polite query.
You replied that you would like to have your account reopened and we applied a free chip. Nobody forced you to reopen the account this was your choice.
I see from your log that you played for over an hour and a half on this free $10 and made over 1100 bets. That is not too bad a return in entertainment value from a $10 chip.
The return was around 97% and I would hope that you had a good time playing some of the games.
After that we heard nothing else from you.
Now a few weeks later you seem to want to jump on a bandwagon and post derogatory comments about us. Do you have some hidden agenda here? Why would you post such a thing?
Would common decency not dictate that you reply to the sender of the email asking if they could assist with anything and not post a reply on a message board?
Also why would you ask for your account to be reopened and accept a return chip if you felt so strongly about this?
I am intrigued to know as your post seems completely unprovoked and unnecessary.
I await your reply before posting in the forum.
Best Regards

p.s the wagering on a free chip is 15x not 20x so you could actually have cashed out. At the wagering requirements you were actually $47.49 to the good and so has $52.49 in your account. The max $50 withdrawal could have been requested. Even at 20x wagering you were $39.09 to the good so could have cashed out around $44. The slots thus did not start miraculously losing when wagering was near as you allege.

Australia already has a law that is largely inacted that states it is an offence for casino's to sign up players phsyically present in Australia, I have contacted the office overseeing that law and am starting to nominate the casino's that break this law, It may only put some heat on them, but we have to somehow let casino's know their behaviour is unacceptable.
I just got a reply to my email about how Inet is Fing up their reputation by pissing off their customers. They closed my account because they didn't like what I said. I wasn't abusive to them, just pointed out that F'ing over players with shitty returns is not a long term business model for success. THey responded: "what a nice email to receive. Your language is not going to be tolerated, your account is closed." WELL EXCUSE ME!!! Your shitty, dodgey site will not be tolerated, SCREW YOU INET. Accredited or not, I am not the one to blame here, Inet is with their constant stream of complaints. WHat is the criteria for remaining accredited? or is their any, I have to wonder as it seems player input means nothing to them.
Isn't it interesting that they chose to be insulted right BEFORE they gave me my manager bonus (from considerable play I might add). Bunch of A-holes. Anyone playing at INETBET is a sucker. Enjoy your losses and then join the rest of us in bashing a now disreputable outfit. Again, just what does accredited mean anymore???
As many of us have had the very same conclusion of the return with RTG's, we have pretty much given up on trying to get true justice. Little by little more and more players are also finding that the long time concern about RTG and it's ever slipping fairness, will never be satisfactorily addressed.
Sorry, there are what, six or eight posters here, out of all the membership. I would not be surprised if there are some members here that are still having some "luck" at Inetbet. True justice? Ever slipping fairness? According to who?
So why even bother. I personally feel the days of overall fair return to the players as a whole are gone. There will continue to be a small handful that will get lucky, this is no different than putting cheese on the mouse trap, to keep the mice coming back.
If that's your opinion, just say "I quit"!
As it has been said, as long as players keep coming back, even if just rarely, then RTG will never improve, as they don't truly value the players opinions. If they did, then things would not have continued to escalate over the years to what it is today.
The more of us that drop out from this platform, the worse the return will be for those that continue to cling to this sinking ship. Because someone is going to have to pay the bills. So your money if you are still an avid RTG fan will be thier food stamps and the die hard fans will only then understand where we have all been coming from all this time, but it will be to late to turn it around since you didn't support those of us that cried out earlier and our numbers may have made a difference then.
OK, six or eight posting in this thread, where are all the rest of CM members? They aren't even here thanking anyone for their input. Could it be because they are still winning here and there? Cried out for what? That the casino is rigged? Where's the proof that they "turned off the win button" for you few people?
My final thought, then where do we play? Honestly if they all closed down because people are tired of being ripped off, think of how much money you will save not throwing it away at online casinos.
Players not thinking much about it and myself included, have probably already spent many Random Jackpot amounts and for what, to get a Random Jackpot? How dumb can we be, or how dumb do they take us for.
Dumb? That's your definition. I just think anyone who thinks the casinos are rigged, or changing payouts to screw the players, they should just uninstall and quit!
So log on to your banking, open a savings account just for when you want to play, then everytime you are thinking of dropping some money into an RTG casino, put it in the savings account instead. I'm sure that in no time you will see you have created your own Random Jackpot and didn't have to compete with anyone for it, nor watch it go to someone else.
I just asked them specifically when my account would be reopened (date, time, etc.) they replied that it will be in the next few days. Apparently specific is too big a word for them. Funny that in the past when I bitch about the terrible game play the CSR people are able to comp me within minutes. Now, they seem to be playing some weird power trip game instead of taking care of the issue and shutting me up!! Pride goeth' before the fall I guess Inet. So much for accredited. Anyone from CM want to enlighten us as to why this site is so highly regarded in light of all these issues?? It would be appreciated to know just what makes Inet so special Bryan or Max!?? I think you guys are great, but silence on this thing makes it kind of look like some sort of pay for play on their part. Hope not.
I just got another email from Inetbet wondering what I was talking about as to when my account would be reopened. They responded that I played, I lost and now I am mad. Yes, I played and I lost, and I am mad. I am mad because I played, and played and played and played and played..... and when I lost I asked them about the RTP. THAT MAKES ME A SORE LOSER in their eyes. So, I guess we are suppose to lose and lose and lose and lose and..... and not say a GD word about the shitty results. OK, play this stupid game aimed at morons if you want, those of us here won't buy into your BS much longer. I would say maybe they haven't read this thread, but based on their replies to my emails, it is evident that they have been monitoring this thread. A company concerned with it's image would be reacting in such a way as to repair their image, a company that isn't would respond the exact way that Inet has. This, along with the silence from the owner of this site makes one wonder what is going on. As evidenced by all the complaints, they certainly cannot play the sore loser card, and I can only deduce that all this negative pub has left them without an answer. Pissing off already pissed off customers will not repair your image Inet, time for some humility. You used to be so good!
Your monikor says it all "cant get it right". I never requested them to close my account. They did that all by themselves, so I don't think your critism is warranted. Believe me, I never went begging to them for anything, you are totally out of line on this.
Can't get right, I think we are on the same side with this one, hope so. So EXCUSE YOU too, these folks are on the edge of ROGUE, and we all know it. Once again, where are you CM?????
For an extremely long time, forum members, myself included have enjoyed a good rant regarding a platform, RNG, RTP and what have you. But sometimes things can go a bit to far. I see no big thing about having a good rant, but to badger the mods or Bryan into taking action is going a bit far. Also using "colorful" language is one thing, but being downright vulgar is another and many of us don't appreciate it.
As Bryan stated, if we have a real problem then just pm him, but don't try to get him in on a typical rant for public satisfaction, it is uncalled for and none of us expect Bryan or the Mods to fix anything when we are going off on our regularly scheduled rant fest. It was kind of fun to blow off steam, so lets just leave it at that. Besides, no one can make us win or fix it for us, so don't spoil a good rant by forcing the principle to participate.
For Bryan and the Mods, appologies for your time off being so rudely disrupted.
...that makes no sense?
and now you are mad they sent you that PM because you have been bashing them......what the heck did you expect them to say to you? Personally I don't blame them one little bit for sending you that PM and if I were them it wouldn't have been as nice as it was.
This is baffling. It seems like they do care a lot about what is said in the forum yet they continue to harass their customers with such rude emails. I have a couple of them in my pm archive.
Catrina posted the below and I deleted the non relevant information that doesn't pertain to my post/response and.....I guess this is going to get me on the shitz list again, but I gotta say something.![]()
.......Now its emails telling me I have private messages on casinomeister.
I will address this in public and it will be my last thought on the matter.
I have been to casinomeister forums maybe 3 times in the 10 months or so since I quit handing my money over to casino's. I came back and posted because I thought it odd that inetbet basically spammed me with a free chip offer. There was no mention of re-opening accounts as you can read in my previous post's. It was a polite email but initiated by a casino which was supposed to have the integrity to honor a request to close the account.
Notice you did say it was a polite email but later you call it spam. What...that makes no sense?
Here is what I am supposed to answer:
Re: Your recent post
Hi Catrina,
Thanks for coming back to me but your reply doesn't answer my queries at all.
As per my PM:
1. One of our team contacted you a few weeks back with a polite query.
You replied that you would like to have your account reopened and we applied a free chip. Nobody forced you to reopen the account this was your choice.
We did not just reopen your account on a whim it was requested by YOU in a reply to the mail.
Why would you ask for your account to be reopened and accept a return chip if you felt so strongly about this?
2. You played for some time and had a good return on the chip we credited. Now a few weeks later you seem to want to jump on a bandwagon and post derogatory comments about us. Do you have some hidden agenda here? Why would you post such a thing?
3. Luke was simply sending a courtesy mail to see if you had fun on the free chip. Would common decency not dictate that you reply to the sender of the email asking if they could assist with anything and not post a reply on a message board?
Surely a simply "I had fun on the free chip but I don't want to play any more" would have sufficed.
None of the above has been addressed in your reply to me.
Best Regards
iNetBet Promos
The bold part is what aggravates me. It simply is not true.
I replied simply that if you give me a free chip I will play it. I didn't ask to re-open my account and they never mentioned it being closed. Why did they offer a free chip to someone who has had their account closed almost a year? Doesn't that seem a little spammy?
OK this is the part that gets under my skin. I know I'm going to sound like a smart azz, but you've got to be kidding......you clearly told them you would play the free chip if they gave it to you, so they did......then you are turning around in the same breath and saying you never asked them to reopen your account. H E L L O.......how did you think you were going to play that free chip YOU TOOK???
Again, here are the 2 original emails, The first part is my reply to the email beneath it, where did anyone mention re-opening anything?:
If you give me a free chip I will play it and see.
I have forgotten my password.
Thanks

Subject: iNetBet - do you require assistance?
Hi Catrina,
I hope this mail finds you well.
As you know, at iNetBet we like to review the accounts of our most valuable players on a regular basis.
We were checking your file recently and we noticed that you have not played for a number of months, I certainly hope this is not the result of any problems or dissatisfaction you may have with the service we have provided? If so, we would really appreciate your feedback.
If you do require some assistance with an aspect of the Casino please contact me directly by responding to this mail and I will look into any issues you may have as a matter of urgency.
I would also like to point out that we are currently offering a free chip for our returning players as a ‘welcome back’ gift, if you would be interested in receiving this please let us know?
If you are simply taking a break, please let us know and we will not bother you again.
Many thanks for your time.
Regards,
CSR Luke

Banning me won't bother me, but what is right and what is wrong here?
Like I said, I don't miss dealing with CSR's that feel superior to the people that feed them. I don't have anything further to say on this matter, feel free to bash me if you think it will make you look better. I accepted the chip, I played, I lost. Good Times!
Please to not email me or PM me anymore. I wish my Spam filter had caught the other one and I would not be discussing this. That is my only agenda.

You took the free chip, no one twisted your arm and you know very well that they had to reopen your account to play it....and now you are mad they sent you that PM because you have been bashing them......what the heck did you expect them to say to you? Personally I don't blame them one little bit for sending you that PM and if I were them it wouldn't have been as nice as it was.

Please close my account here. I refuse to believe that your game of BJ is fair. Remove me from any promotions and leave me alone. I spend good money and all I asked for is a fair game.

You certainly seem to know a lot.
I would however suggest you take up another pastime as gambling is clearly not working for you.
Your account has been closed

I guess it wouldn't look the same if I admitted I had a gambling problem. Closed account means do not tempt them back.
I didn't contact them, I just took the bait when it was dangled.
It was wrong. Period.

In their defense they had no idea why you closed your account and they would need to have specific information such as you had a gambling problem......if that was the case. I'm sure if someone admits a gambling problem they are going to give them a lifetime exclusion and not be dangling any carrots in front of them. That was be highly unethical and I can't see them doing that.
And........I'm not a shill just in case anyone wants to go there. I seldom play there.![]()
I have known that about you for a while. Never crossed my mind.
Gambling seems to be about arguing your point to someone. Maybe thats why I left.
You have always made sense to me.

I will read here from time to time but looking up that old thread brought back some unpleasant memories of how casino's really operate. I do not miss it. I just miss the members here so I will try not to be such a stranger.
This is a great forum, always has been. The people here are utterly fantastic. I will be back but not in an arguing capacity.
I am glad to see Kakata back.
I am going to catch up on the webcast's Mr. Casinomeister.
