    Since yesterday morning none of the bonuscodes work what they have on their weekly promotions.
    No livehelp in 2 days.
    No answers to emails.

    I think this is pretty strange from them since ive been playing at their casino like 3 years now and never issues like these.

    Anyone else experiencing problems ? :confused:

    Hmmm... could it be that this casino is finally ruined too..
    I have to say past month payouts of my favorite slots have been really horrible... it takes about 1000-2000 spins to get feature from great blue and allways no matter what multipler or amount of spins i get i win 30-35e :D
    Ofc they havent modified their games or anything like that but some reason i dont trust these casinos anymore.

    Well, that doesn't sound good at all as they used to be easy to reach on both live chat and email. I was a regular player there for a few years (at Omni Casino) but stopped depositing about three months ago when my VIP host didn't answer my email. I didn't think too much about it but maybe they are having bigger problems after all. I'd definitely think twice about depositing there until we get some sort of explanation from the rep here.

    I informed the rep about this thread.

    ah im not the only one either , my account was closed without a e mail from them albeit i did request a closure because i couldnt get hold of a rep or i hadnt spoken with nikki live chat for a fair while there was a few questions which was never answered hence to account closure( shame i now have zero playtech casinos .

    I just got email from flycasino support and everything is ok now.

    And like Adam said they dont have electricity in there so its pretty hard to be online :)

    I think this thread is ready to be closed.
