What to do when ADR is useless

Hi i liked to start proper dicussion about MADRE ADR and does enybody Have experinces about them. Is enybody get eny real answer of Them??

Never heard of them. Why not use ours? We have years more experience than anyone else. We are also certified unlike many others who claim to be legit.

My suggestion would be for you to file a Player Arbitration (PAB) request with us so we can look into this for you. I'm happy to give it a shot if you're willing to take the time to submit your PAB.

To give you a direct answer to your question the MGA is run by its Board of Directors:

Members of the Board of Governors are appointed by the Parliamentary Secretary for Financial Services & Digital Economy. The Board of Governors is primarily responsible for overseeing the strategic development of the Authority and ensuring that the set policy and strategic objectives are achieved. In other words if you're looking to pursue the MGA through official channels you're headed for the bowels of the Maltese government. Good luck with that.

Regarding MADRE my understanding is that it was started by ex-government employees to exploit the "only Malta ADRs for MGA casinos" rule that the MGA settled on a few years ago (there is at least one exception to that rule). From what I've seen and heard their background in dispute resolution at the time they started was basically zero. Reports I've seen on the service they've provided since are not encouraging.

I would love to use your services, but the casino will not respond to that. the thing is MGA is not responsible and madre ADR doesn't work at all so what next? I wouldn't bring this up if there was no indisputable evidence against the casino. thank you.

I understand that that might end up being the case, but if we try and they ignore it -- especially given the circumstances -- then we can post a Casinomeister Warning against them, and MADRE/MGA if necessary. Your choice but the option is open to you if you want it.

Yes thx i Will waiting litle More bc there cant Be double ADR whit this madre. I try get some information from them why they dont prosess ADR and after that giving that info for casinomeister.
