You can pre-order one from places like Target. I wasn't going to get one but I might with all the money I'll save from not gambling.

On the topic at hand though I have to agree why anyone would waste their time posting numerous winning screenies on a casino forum that never actually happened is beyond me but I'm definitely inclined to believe they are just a troll.
