What now? Please help

I agree. I've got allot of respect for KK but sometimes his choice of casinos concerns me a little.
Listen... me, Nifty, Casinomeister and every other senior member here will tell players, always (that's ALWAYS) read the T&Cs before you start playing at ANY casino. If you see something that you personally find unacceptable - DON'T play there!
By depositing & playing you are agreeing to their terms - it's no good coming back and whining about it afterwards.

I have played at Slots Jungle myself; I was fully aware that if I won I would likely only be able to cash-out $500 at a time, but I personally was happy to accept that. Other players are also happy to accept it.

A correction to some mis-information (as someone else has already pointed out) at this casino it's one cash-out per 4 business days, not the 10 days stated at most of Win Palace's other casinos.
This is very clearly stated in the banking section of their website:

the only problem with this kk is the player class thing , this is just so vague ,i can understand people wanting to play there if there willing to wait for money , but player class is just bullshit !

Dude, I don't get it. What crappy bonus, I deposited like $50, won $100,000.

$250 extra income every fucking week sounds good to me.

Am I missing anything? No kidding, I just don't get what you mean.

STOP FUCKING PLAYING!!!!!!!!!!

You cannot be certain of getting the money approved, let alone your first $250. The length of this run of luck could already be enough to give them the excuse to "investigate" your account in case there has been some glitch that they can seize upon to void all the play. They certainly NEED some kind of excuse for what is a $100,000 liability on the books for an outfit that struggles to make payments of $500 per FORTNIGHT to individual players.

Instead of playing, prepare every conceivable document they might ask for, get a friend to take photos of you holding up each one, and look up the name of a local notary and get a quote.

If they manage to pay you $3000, try Club World with the whole lot at $125 bets to see if you get lucky there too.

You are almost certain to end up playing a significant amount more at Slots Jungle as it is probably the only useful "lubricant" you have for the tediously slow withdrawals process.

Wow... I'd never touch Slots Jungle or for that matter the Win Palace group after hearing all the issues about them anyway so I'm not the one you should be directing that to. I'm also not the only one whose commented with a concern. Does this have anything to do with how I unearthed that you were promoting the rogue Indio/African Palace? I dont understand the hostility? I thought I was doing you a favour.

Well, VWM has gone from anti-cyclonic calm to F3 tornado in a few hours. That must mean something....

Agreed. As far as I know, nowhere on the website terms does it say anything about $500 per week. It does have these two terms:

All withdrawals are paid in installments of up to $3,000. This is determined according to player class.

Has anyone heard of a single player who got paid $3K in one chunk? No, me either.

and then just a bit past that...

SlotsJungle reserves the right to alter a player’s class in the casino in any direction at any time. Such changes will be determined by amounts and frequencies of deposits and withdrawals.

So if you're in a situation where you have a big withdrawal and you're not depositing anymore....

To be completely honest, I don't understand why this casino group isn't in the rogue pit. The player class term is outright BS. If I was a new player and read this term I'd assume that I'd get paid $3K weekly like from any other RTG with weekly limits. Players don't find out that their weekly limit is $500 until they try to cash out. If the term said "All withdrawals are paid in installments of between $500 - $3,000." That would be slightly better - at least players would be able to see what the low end of the range is. But considering that they probably don't pay ANYONE $3K installments it's still bullshit.

The OP seems to have taken leave of his senses. This is a HUGE balance, and it seems everything he touches turns to gold, so he just keeps on going back again and again. So far, so spectacular, but these are not the usual bonus rounds reported from RTG slots, the $900 one from a $125 bet is more common, and often even that takes hundreds of spins.

On top of all this, we have the poor choice of venue.

Perhaps high profile publicity will help in this case, as we are all interested in how this turns out, and if it ends with Slots Jungle doing anything dodgy we will have KK looking to salvage something good from the mess (as he promotes the group still), else all those who said KK should not be promoting them will have their "I told you so" moment.

If Slots Jungle try anything, they had better have a watertight case. Sloppy terms are no excuse for any "spirit of..." excuse.

Since their terms claim $3000 per week, they had better deliver else face accusations of using multi-decade instalment plans as a tactic.

I just got a feeling this will all end in tears. I can't see a positive prognosis.

One thing for certain, this thread sure has gotten the Slots Jungle group some publicity.

I doubt it. Think it will be one of the 3 below

1. He tried cashing out and they site a bonus term
2. they send him $500 once a month for a few months then stop
3. Hes playing in play mode and photoshopping screen shots

Thank you for pointing # 3 out. Although I'm sure there are other ways but in the end my mind has been wondering what's "wrong" with this thread. It reads odd, and for the amount the OP is betting but yet acting so clueless, just doesn't add up to me. I still have 1 1/2 pages to read so maybe it will get clearer for me.

These screenshots could be fake. This player could be a staff member at Slots Jungle. But why would anyone other fake these screenies and go through all the time and effort uploading them? Basically wasting their time. It's like wouldnt they have better things to do than post fake screenies on a casino forum? God asking that question really boggles the mind. I mean they would have to have a pretty boring life.

So yeah I beleive the Op is genuine. He certainly has had a fantastic run. I think since his happy with settling for $250 a week he wont get any arguments from the casino unless they find a reason not to pay him.

Same reason trolls...well troll. I've seen some pretty extensive trolling on other forums. Doesn't seem to happen much here but it wouldn't surprise me.

If this is a cloaked Slots Jungle shill, he will report back that Slots Jungle gave him special consideration and paid $100,000 in one lump sum;)

If this is some photoshopping, we will eventually find out as a win of this magnitude would be publicised by Slots Jungle on their website (although they will be coy about the resulting payout schedule).

:

Your the Kasino KING, your are a legend. Your name speaks for itself. What you just said,Please say it aint so! :eek2: Is it a typo that you said your happy to accept these terms? I understand that you stand behind the fact that you outline on your site the terms, but I never expected you to say that YOU accept these terms.

Yes I do agree there a people that accept this, but I aint jumping off the bridge just because they do.

Unfortunately the statement of being happy to accept it, along with all the others that accept is the main reason why these terms will never change.

It's not impossible - I remember playing Fantastic4 Playtech (new version) on freeplay one day and getting 2000 play credits to over 190,000 with a series of overlapping features (meaning I got the next before the gains from the last were spent) and raising my stake accordingly up to the max. I remember a less spectacular but equally surprising run on IGT Cleopatra once where I turned £25 into over 2700 (and w/d btw!). Unfortunately the last place you want to win big are most RTG's and Playtechs as these sites are mostly associated with limited/unfair pay-out limits and durations. As for promoting, I have to say if I was in the business I would not, as long as I had a hole in my a$$ promote a site with such restricted cash-outs. Sometimes principle has to outweigh profit. There are more than enough reputable sites to promote, surely?

That's right dunover.

It's what I can't understand. KK has, like any other affiliate, pinned his reputation to the mast of the casinos he promotes. Why anyone would want their personal reputation and respect to take a battering at the expense of an operator that has historically shown complete contempt for players, I just don't know. I've certainly lost a lot of respect for him, and it seems I'm not alone.

The simple fact is that KK is tacitly supporting these disgraceful terms. The fact that the best he could do in their defence is to point out how the SJ terms are "better"....$500 per 4 business days (a week basically). Well, I certainly feel better. I've heard that other old chestnut reply in the past too...."well at least they pay". Awesome! I expect to see Rushmore...they "actually pay"....it just takes 6 months or more.

All KK and co. have to do is STOP promoting them until they change their predatory terms. The fact that he won't show there is a choice being made between ethics and money, and I find that personally very sad.

Actually it is quite possible to get more than $500 in one shot.

How?

Simple, contact the rep, but oh wait a minute he's banned from here. So therefore that sends you looking elsewhere for the rep.

Yet when I did win $4,000 out of them. I contacted Daniel via another forum, and said I read about the slow pay no pays problems. Is this correct? He said he wasn't aware of any. I said well I just won $4,000 and would like to know I would get it in a reasonable time. No further response, so I assumed this was going to be a dead end.

Magically I got one installment of $2,500 (after a 72 hour processing period, plus taking 4 days to hit the bank), and another $1,500 (after waiting 8 days from when the last withdrawal was processed, then took another 3 days to hit the bank). Granted I was told I was on limited bonuses afterwards. Which is ok, the bonuses confuse me with the way they have there coupons setup.

Now since I haven't been back, I did get an e-mail from them about 2 months ago saying my coupon privileges have been fully restored, but I do get the feeling on way my withdrawal was paid in larger batches. Was with some help of the forum rep, not finance, security, VIP team, or management.

Being in the US with a win like the OP has he is doomed. There is no way he can cash it all out.

If they sent him a check for $100,000.00, good luck finding a place to deposit that. Even at $500.00 every few days the bank is going to start asking questions, same thing if he gets WU or MG.

I would never let my balance get that high, it would be too depressing.

That amount every few days wouldn't really be a problem at pretty much any decent size bank. I would limit the monthly amount I'm depositing of course, maybe even skip a month here and there, but in the end however you should be able to have it all deposited in a year or so. I"m sure those amounts flow through on the regular.

Now I wouldn't want them to pay me in one large lump sum. I would request it be broken down into multiple checks, which is why I would want to be playing at 3dice when winning that amount. Never had a hassle when requesting multiple checks at one time, and they still send that little thank you message with each one :) .....not to mention no fee

That's the best I've heard about this group, how long ago did you get that withdrawal?

I have the same exact question, when the heck did this happen? I have seen people that deposit 1000's per month and never get special treatment. I've also seen these loyal VIPs also get the smaller withdrawal amounts and not the up to 3000 amount.

What I would hate to read is that his winnings were denied because of his bet size, because I am pretty sure with all RTG, there is a max bet limit on all bonuses taken. So I hope, for the OP's sake, he cleared his withdrawl requirements before he started betting so high.

Just my thought...

I got this back in February of this year, when I was on my hell of a lucky streak, but didn't make those wins public. On fear for being chastised like this player is for playing at a place that does have a horrible reputation for small pays, delayed pays, or finding a way to get out of paying you. Yet common they offered me a 250% match bonus, with 25 times playthru. Practically unheard of this days, mainly because most places want 30x or even more to make that playthru. So I was tempted, I ended up winning a nice chunk on T-Rex, and ending up finishing strong on my favorite game Texan Tycoon. Netting me $4,000 which wasn't a bad pay day for a $50 deposit.
Yet what I'm going to guess, is that Daniel was looking for some publicity that he place could pay withdrawals in larger fashion. Which he didn't get until now, because I didn't want to give him the satisfaction of giving him that publicity.
I just kept quiet about it until now, because I just figured anyone who was smart. Would for
1. Go looking for a forum with an active rep on it for this group
2. Contact them like I did, to see if he could get the process expedited
I'm sure if you go thru right channels, you might see money. Then again that's just my two cents on this whole ordeal.
Yet by the lack of response by the player lately, either A, there taking a long weekend, or B were a shill for the casino. Mainly because they were a newbie and coming out strong about Slots Jungle and there unhead of lucky streak on being a high roller.
That's the best I've heard about this group, how long ago did you get that withdrawal?
