    I see in the Warning Sign to pass by joining them, and I was wondering why.

    Innoco doesn't have much quality control when it comes to policing their licensees. There have been some Innoco casinos shutting down and keeping player's deposits or non-payment of winnings. So this "warning" is just a "heads up" for you.
