What is going on at William Hill Online Casino?

So I'll be able to tell you in early May whether losing it all still zeroes the wagering requirements. :) I'll report back then.
Losing it all prematurely on a valid game (as I did last month) does still zero the wagering requirements.

I just finished playing out my May $90 match and it required exactly 25x = $2250 before I could withdraw my winnings.

So Intercasino's monthly bonus remains among the best in the business for recurring bonuses. Come to think of it, it may be THE best one, in my experience.

I think williamhill's bonus is among the best too.
their euro casino's monthly match bonus is 40 euro.
you can purchase 40 euro at their euro casino software(bossmedia).
40 euro is equal to about $50.

and you can play and wager at their dollar version casino.(wagerlogic)
monthly match bonus wager requirement is twenty times of bonus.
(about $1000)
their blakjack basic unit is $1 :)

Great! Let's hope it stays that way :D

I rarely have to contact a casino (on my behalf) via support. But responses to emails should be prompt - and I am not talking about auto-responders. W. Hill is merely on autopilot when it comes to their customer service. I would never recommend a casino to anyone if you have to pull teeth to get answers. There is no excuse for a company this size not to hire on more staff to take care of their clients.

as an ex employee of willhill i can confirm that it is the staffing level that is the problem, without trying to sound like an ex employee with a grudge, it was because of the staffing levels why i left myself.

i worked in the betting shops division, but i know that the ethos of running on under staffed levels runs through out the whole company, in fact on some days i would be so short staffed in the shop we couldnt physically serve all the customers that needed serving and would often knock back bets, which would probably total over 5k+ for the day, all for the sake of saving a cashiers wage which amouts to 25 per day.now that was one shop, imagine how much that would be over the whole company, i can see that the same problem exists with their casino division, i.e. they are losing money through not employing people in CS to sort of problems like people being locked out of the casino or who cant deposit into their accounts.

WilliamHill refunded my unsuccessful Bank Wire Transfer! Finally!

I have made a withdrawal request of around 30+ quids recently via wire transfer, 18th March 2005 to be precise, and up to today the money is still not credited into my UK bank account.

I have reported the delay to ECash Direct UK whom are supposedly their payment services provider, but ECash replied and said that William Hill is no longer supported by them. And instead asked me to contact William Hill Customer Service directly.

I started calling them but either no one is answering or got a recorded message that the number is no longer in service. My last resort was to write them e-mails with details of my withdrawal transaction (including a screen shot of the transaction from my online account statement), betting account number, login name, alias etc. Alas, all I have received are bunch of auto-reply messages saying that ....here is your reference number and they will be in contact shortly....and obviously no one ever call or reply my mails. :(

It is either they are having some serious cash flow problem or their RTG system is beginning to rot and not honoring patrons withdrawal...You can deposit into the gaming account but if you win or strike a jackpot, don't dream about getting a penny back from them! It Sucks! Big time!

Please...be warned! Stay away from William Hill.....at least until they have sort out all their problems.

Finally! After almost 3 months of mind boggling complaints, bitching and giving up hope on recovering the winnings withdrawal, I had a pleasant surprise that WillHill has refunded the 30+ quids that I have withdrawn months ago.

 I am now a much happy bunny and will spend some of my cyber gaming time with Willhill even though they continue to 'rob' me. The last time being banker having 3 consecutive blackjacks (what's the odd!) when all players have increased their respective bets.

What the heck, its just for the excitement. Cheers.
