Yes, it was an error, as we suspected - the gaming thread as mentioned above was spam purged by mistake. All restored now, apologies to Mack!!

I accidentally removed all his posts and banned him

Saw a link, didn't pay attention it belongs to the gamers area, so I thought it's some spam. When I clicked to remove it, it didn't work - was just loading, so I kept clicking again and obviously made a mess.
Even had no idea I had the "power" to ban someone. Luckily, everything was possible to restore!
Sorry again, so embarrassing...yet also very funny what an idiot (me).

As he was on here every day you would have thought he would have pm'd the staff right away wondering why he was banned since he had not done anything.
Sure he will be back soon tho as he seemed to like it here and got on with most people. Lol think i am one of the few he didn't particularly like but still hope he comes back soon.

No worries Lady Jelena, and in a strange fate like way you have done me a favour as I ended up playing some slots while I was away and actually won for once
And thanks guys and gals, esp Ternur for creating the thread - I was worried, in the new year excitement, that my banned status would be missed and the CM search&rescue party delayed for days/weeks
While exiled to the internet equivalent of siberia, I was avidly reading the posts and theories, and was bowled over by the many kind words and thoughts. I must say I felt a bit emotional at times
but also relieved the theories didn't become too salacious and colourful
By day 2 of the ban though I was starting to fear I might have to join casinogrind or a*s gamblers for debates, but wasn't sure they'd appreciate a NK/trump thread.
I'm going to try to be on my best behaviour now, so no argumentative posts, well at least for a few weeks
