West Casino refusing withdrawal due to IP recycling

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum here so I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.

This is not a complaint.

I am looking for anyone else who has had trouble with West Casino. They confiscated £920 off me as my account was randomly linked to another account in another country due to IP recycling. I have found one other member who has had the exact same problem with this casino.

AG, Every Matrix & the ADR all voted in the casino's favour so I am only left with one option of court proceedings.

If anyone has any tips, advice or know anyone in the same position, I would really appreciate the help.

Unfortunately we can't help since the casino's ADR has already ruled on the case and that ruling is binding.

It seems very, very unlikely that your IP would be linked to an account in another country. In almost all cases, IPs will be unique to your internet provider and its other brands.

You then have that the same IP was being using with the same casino by two accounts in two different countries.

Were you using a VPN by any chance?
