Played loads at FL years ago. Used to love them. They had back then one of the best rewards program I had ever come across. Even had some complimentary meals n booze when meeting the reps. Happy days ... but admittedly I did deposit lots more than I ever do these past few years. But then it went sour .... they started to make changes and the VIP program went to shit. So in the end voted with me wallet and never darkened there doorstep again. I admit i used to play there a lot more as well. And i agree with you they used to be better. Went to 3 of their cruises, had dinners with my vip rep, even met up with them in Jo'burg when i was there on business and we would go together to a landbased casino. It all went south when they stopped flushing, introduced pending periods etc. I'm still in touch though now and then with my vip rep
