I had deposit via Ecopayz in this Casino an Wonder that NOTHING was credit!

No Real or no Bonus Money

Support answer:It can take HOURS yes you read right for ECO they need Hours..

Had send Eco an Mail too

Please dont deposit they never credit anything !

Do not scream Scam when you don't have proper proof. It can indeed happen that payments from Ecopayz, Neteller etc do not appear instantly.

i would suggest to remove as well "scam alert" as it is not proven.

If an Ecopayz deposit fails, but was success in your account. It can indeed TAKE A VERY long time before that deposit is processed. Once a customer here had to wait 7 working days !

I think it's one of those cases.

With all due respect but if you were a new customer, I would let you wait. If you're highly active, it would have been solved in a different way.

I have made deposits and not all were credited to my casino account . $240 in total . I have contacted support many many times and have had no feedback whatsoever it's been a week now and keep getting told to wait , they can't tell me how long , at 1st I was told 24 hours, this also happened with neosurf deposit but when it happened with neosurf they did credit my account immediately , ( it was resolved within 5 minutes ) I've provided all proof from my bank that they requested . Still no word back from them at all
