Hi All,

I have been waiting 12 days now for my second instalment of $2,500 from these (it's supposed to be weekly) - live chat told me two days ago that it would be paid that day but nothing received. I've sent them two emails asking for an update to which they haven't replied (amazingly they responded in seconds when I was enquiring about a depositing for a bonus)and just contacted live help again now only to be told the acccount's department is closed until 3.5 hours time, so they couldn't help me.

I've been paid a total of $2,500 from a $11,967 cashout I made around the 11th of this month. The story goes I initially deposited $5,000 and received the $2,500 (non-withdrawable) highroller bonus they offer - which I managed to lose everything on. They then sent me another offer which was deposit $4,167 get a $2,500 bonus (again non-withdrawable) which I took them up on and managed to cash out $11,967 excluding bonus.

They informed me the max cashout per week is $2,500, which in itself was dissapointing considering they were happy to take over $9K in deposits from me in less than a week, and that I would be paid this amount each week until they had paid me it all.

Just a warning to anyone who's thinking about playing here, it looks like they're just another dodgy RTG - who'll take an age to pay, if at all.

I've been a big critic of FL of recent times, but at least they do pay you pretty quickly when you do manage to win.

Casinomeister post a link for RTG compliant: Old URL

Did you try yet?
Personally I don't trust Coolcats. That's a lot of money you deposit. Good luck!

You and the lawd saved me dirk, i was trying to download that casino last night and for some reason i could not. Then i was about to do it again, thanks to your post.

i hope i dont have to put them on my list

#1. Who did you sign up through?

#2. Forward your details to me and I'll see what I can do.

Hi All - and thanks for all your help and advice.

Spearmaster - can't remember who I signed up with, probably gambling.com or an affiliate email.

Anyway have now received the second payment from these for $2.5K ($5K in total), they claimed they had a 'technical' error which prevented them from paying on the 24th when they had intended to.

I'll keep you updated as it progresses - probably reporting in 10 days that their 3rd payment is late and they aren't responding to emails

What really annoys me about this is that they offer you high roller bonuses for large deposits - but will then only pay you out at a rate of $2.5K a week

I once cashed out over $40K at FL and they paid me the full amount within two days - now that's the service that casino's should provide if they want to keep high rollers.

Just out of curiousity Dirk, what game did you win it all back on?

Holy crap! Bigger b*lls than me by far! :notworthy

My biggest bet was a mistaken $100 on RTG paigow. Hit that black chip that was too close to the $5 chip and hit deal real quick. Luckily I pushed.

LOL - I've heard that happen to a few people. The best is one of my mates girlfriends who is a total $1/1 a hand player - she accidently placed a 10 bet and clicked deal. She then spent half an hour on the phone to CS tying to get them to void the bet :D needless to say, they refused, and she lost the hand :D

i can't help chasing losses so i quickly learnt better off starting at a higher stake therefore when I get a long winning streak I really benefit from it, rather than only making a few bucks and then losing a packet when chasing. Plus I'm based in the UK so it just feels like monopoly money when playing in $USD, so i don't mind the losses so much (equally don't enjoy the wins as much though).

"What really annoys me about this is that they offer you high roller bonuses for large deposits - but will then only pay you out at a rate of $2.5K a week"

Ain't it the truth! It's another reminder that players need to be aware of all the conditions being imposed - especially when they're going in with significant deposits.

Keep us in the picture on that third payment, Dirk - this is getting interesting.

gambling.com or an affiliate email

Just curious because not many affiliates actually run that offer... that was originally created for Got2Bet and the cat sort of got let out of the bag by an either uninformed or careless staff member... but still there shouldn't be many running that offer.

If it does turn out you signed up through Got2Bet... then definitely let me know so I can put on the steel-toe boots...

It's actually posted on Coolcat's website which is where I found it - if you click on promotions, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'Be a VIP at Coolcat Casino' it takes you there.

Well just received the following email which suggests the delayed payout may have been a technical error - that is seing as they will apparently be paying the third installment on the 31st (rather than another 7 days from their late payment).

Dear Steven:

The following is to inform you that your third $2500 payment will be made on May 31st. We do apologize for your previous payment delay. We will keep you updated on your next payment details.

As always my staff and myself are here to assist whenever you need. We appreciate your continued business.

Warm regards,
Julie Burton

Fingers crossed

Julie,

I really have a couple of questions that begged to be asked with regards COOL CAT CASINO.

1) How is it that COOL CAT CASINO can make such a concerted effort when solicititing "high rollers", while all the time knowing of this $2,500.00 maximum payment rule. I'd say that type of thing really puts the player (high roller or not) at a distinct disadvantage while waiting for their funds to be paid out and at the very least counter productive to attracting "high roller" action.

2) I don't believe I've heard anything more about COOL CAT'S policy of changing up wager limits. Is that policy still in effect?

It might prove to be beneficial should you care to address these two separate COOL CAT policies

If I were a VIP high roller, I would not play at Coolcat. Why should I put
up with their stupid conditions? The weekly payment upper limit is ridiculous.
Can we promise to deposit weekly for 4 weeks at $2500 each but bet $10,000 now? If they won't put up with that, why do they subject us to such
outrageous crappy restrictions.

If I have that kind of money, I would fly to Las Vegas and gamble there.
Unlike online casinos, you know you will get pay, get pay instantly without
all these stupid conditions from the likes of Coolcat.

I agree - I certainly wouldn't have deposited even the first $5K if I new this before hand.

It looks like Phoenician must be the RTG to play at, they have an automated daily $2,500 instant Neteller withdrawal limit - but WILL manually pay more than this if you select more than one withdrawal.

Re: Vegas - unfortunately the house edge on most games at this place are nothing like what you can get online. There's no Pontoon (RTG) or Blackjack Switch (Playtech) for starters, which have a miniscule edge - especially if you're getting comp points for playing.

Well I've received $10K from these but they are now 4 days late with the final installment of $1,967.

I've also noticed that when you exit their site now it takes you to CIRRUS and vice versa.

I'm also supposed to have a $2.5K non-withdrawable bonus added back to my account when they've paid up for me to continue playing with - wonder if I'm going to have any problems getting that added back :what:

I'll update as and when.

Thanks for the update.

Received the final $1,900 or so off these yesterday, and they added the non-withdrawable bonus back for me as well. Didn't manage to withdraw anything extra though - lost it all before getting above $2,500 again.

Soo everthings good now? I kinda want to try 'em out. They have a good deposit match up and we're allowed to play blackjack.
