Since I am new, thought I would start by asking you who I should complain to when my stats get deleted from my account at wagerjunction.

Logged into my account today at wagerjunction.com, checked my stats, was owned over $400 so far this month. Went into my account and modified my email address. saved the change.

Then I was given a new tracking code and all my players and balance were gone, it was as if I was a brand new affiliate.

Sent a couple of emails to greg@wagerjunction.com and tried the 800 number but get no response.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think Greg is like the rest of the affiliate managers, he is heading to Vegas for CAC, he should be back on monday.

Sounds to me like you did more than just change your email address.
 
I wouldn't worry about, and let Greg sort this when he gets back. You're still in the system - same thing happened to me once when I changed something in the admin section.
