    I see that they are still under observation. They stiffed me last year. BEWARE! I wrote a note (through this website) a couple of weeks ago to the new manager but as of yet I have not received a reply.

    Ignoring player emails is always a bad, bad sign from an online casino - it indicates a lack of professionalism and/or efficiency, little respect for the customer and maybe something to hide.

    On the other hand, replies can get tangled up in the recipient's filters, so it's not a bad idea to check those and try once more before drawing the above conclusions.

    Thanks. Yes, I have sent two messages through the forum. Also sent a regular email message to him. I haven't heard a word. I don't hold out much hope of ever seeing the money but I will be a pain to them until I see some kind of a settlement from them. I don't know which is worse - being stiffed the money or being called a cheat. I think being called a cheat is worse.
