About the $200 chip:
1/22/2005 10:02:01 PM Promo Credit Deposit Approved! $200.00
1/22/2005 10:02:00 PM Promo Credit Deposit Requested $200.00
So there's only 1 $200 chip not two. That's how RTG shows their transaction. Requested and Approved/Denied. And at some RTG, they don't show any coupon transactions so it doesn't show in the history.

1) Of course casinos want to make money and that's no bad thing - or at least it's no worse than players wanting to make money. The trouble is people who take up your service and win may feel satisfied for a while but then find out they have to fight a war just to receive the money you owe them. Actually, players are more likely to return to you if they lose and haven't discovered how you treat winners yet
